Moto E "REGION CODE" - E 2015 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey Guys,
So over there past few days I've been playing around with the MOTO E, One is from a Regional carrier and the other is from US Cellular, so I decided to flash the MOTO E ACG firmware on the device and I noticed a couple things "Region Codes" are now being implemented on new moto devices correct me I am wrong noticed the following:
MOTO E ACG "Regional Carrier Model"
Baseband: M8916_2020601_09.03.21.09R SURNIA_ACG_LTE_CUST
System Version: 23.11.20.surnia_acg_lte.acglte.en.US.acg
MOTO E USC now flashed with MOTO E ACG Firmware
Baseband: M8916_2020601_09.03.21.09R SURNIA_USC_CUST
System Version: 23.11.20.surnia_acg_lte.acglte.en.US.usc
I was able to pull and EFS release file from a "non branded MOTO E" and a MOTO E US Cellular here's what I got;
