Hi all!
Cyanogen Recovery for Samsung Galaxy A5 (2015)
I have built this new recovery for those which can't install TWRP on their variant like A500W and A500Y variants. But this Recovery is working on other variants as well.
I am working on a TWRP 3.0 for all A500 variants too.

Installation Instructions:
Using Flashify
1. Download the .img at the end of this post.
2. Install Flashify via Google Play Store and launch it. Grant the SuperSU request.
3. Once it's done, open Flashify and click on flash Recovery option and then select the .img you have downloaded.
4. Reboot to recovery, and wait few seconds.
5. Enjoy your recovery! cool:

I went to recovery mode after installation and couldnt get out.
Also didnt bypass zip verifications
Thankyou. Will try and report on a500g.
Not working.
I mean stuck in recovery loop and can't boot to system.
Seandroid enforcing error.
Correct me if I'm wrong.... this is clockworkmod recovery?

Oh wait sorry... just googled it. This is the default oneplus one recovery. But you can't install roms with this
nice recovery,, looks very cool but I got recovery bootloop.. program used: Flashify
Installed it again.. Flashify gives you a recovery bootloop.. so I installed it by twrp which was flashed by odin to prevent it
when entering to recovery, I got: -
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
Set Warranty Bit: Recovery
and on normal boot I get: -

Installation Guideline
Be sure that your boot loader is unlocked.
Power down your phone and go in fastboot mode.
Use a shell that recognize fastboot command and digit

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
After flash is finished, remove the cable. Then Press the Power Btn + Lower Volume Button for some secs, then release.
Sony logo appears and stucks for some seconds. Wait until Cyanogen Recovery not appears.

The bootable recovery included in the CM12 does not support back and restores. I will compile CWM6 in future. Alternatively you can use the TWRP that just have this support by default.

For Odin flash : download the .tar file and flash on AP case of Odin
If you already have old version of TWRP : just download .img on your phone and do flash img in installation menu

Twrp 3.2.1 is based on Oreo sources, so with this twrp we can now flash oreo 8.1 once it gets released for our device

TWRP does not work for me gets blue screen with name no command in version 3.1.1 and 3.2.1 and before it worked version 3.1.1 anyone can help?

Installation
1. Download the PERP img to your device
2. Reboot to your already installed TWRP Recovery
3. Click on Install, then go to the folder where you have the img file stored.
4. Click on the "Install Image" on the bottom right part of screen. Select the img file you see after that.
5. After selecting img, choose the "recovery" option and slide to flash it.
6. Once it is flashed , you can reboot to recovery again to see the new PERP recovery.

Just flashed this on my moto g5 plus XT1687 running pixel experience rom. It seems to work perfectly. Thanks for the hard work
after updating my lineage to 18.1, i had serious problems with updates released, i had to reinstall the rom several times, until i gave up and went to test the pixel experience. My lemax 2, is running smoothly, my lineage problems started after the recovery change

How to flash SkyHAwk recovery?
1. Download the SkyHawk recovery image to your computer
2. Reboot to Fastboot mode
3. Type in command line

This recovery supported android 12 ?
I hope there is OFox update to support A12 miui rom even can't do decrypt until i remove screen lock.
i cannot get into recovery with A12 rom installed, so right now using skkk twrp 3.6.1
But i like OFox UI better than twrp...
