Hello there I'm from Italy and I hope that my post is understandable:angel:! However, I just bought from Amazon the Wiko Fever 4g. As it arrived, I starded installing apps and moving files from my old LG P880. At home, I used to leave my P880 connected with APN and not with Wi-Fi. when I moved the SIM from the P880 to Wiko, I connected the P880 to the Wi-Fi and I noticed that Wiko couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi when the P880 was connected to Wi-Fi: if both of them are connected to Wi-Fi, if I launch Google Chrome from my Wiko, I can't access to internet and the page with the error titled "The web page is unavailable, DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" appears. As I turn Lg's Wi-Fi off, Wiko restarts connecting to internet. what do you guys think?
Sounds like DHCP / ip conflict, try to set manually different IPs to both devices (advanced wifi settings)

I firmwared my Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet 16Gb 3G with CyanogenMod10 from this topic. While I'm connected with Wi-Fi it shown something like it is connected to Edge/HSDPA network and sign is blue (like it is really working). Then when I disconnect from concrete Wi-Fi , it show, that it is connected to mobile network but not for internet, when Wi-Fi tick is on, and nothing (even mobile network) when there's no Wi-Fi tick setted.
I'm newbie, so, when I installed CM, I have not made any backup to Stock firmware. I downloaded ROW version backup (I'm in Russia) from this topic, set it up and finally I got y Thinkpad infinitely rebooting showing Lenovo logo for some time.
What have I to do?
Hello,
My Android tablet Ideatab a2107 got a problem. It connects to my wireless LAN and browses to web but it has limited connection :crying:. It doesn't connect to Google Services.
The problem started yesterday when I was using Freedom app (bad choice) and I changed my GMT, the problem began. I uninstalled it, set my GMT normally, shut it down, and even I restored it. I doesn't work, I connect to other networks and it doesn't work.
I have read about changing DNS and modify my network settings but it didn't work.
PD: All other devices have a normal connection on the web.
Can someone help me
Thanks
(Sorry about my poor English)
Hi,
I have a LG G3 phone. I'm trying to use Guest mode but it doesn't work. Simply, the Cast icon does not appear in any app. Normal cast (when connected to the wifi network) works.
BEFORE YOU ASK
1) I tried everything the FAQ and the Troubleshooting said, including Factory reset, reboot, wifi and data settings
2) It's not only my problem. Other people with G3/G4 have the same problem:
https://www.reddit.com/r/lgg4/comments/3ix6mt/chromecast_guest_mode/
http://forum.xda-developers.com/hardware-hacking/chromecast/guest-mode-doesnt-appear-to-t3089211
https://productforums.google.com/fo...hromecast/category$3Areport-a-technical-issue
3) I investigated and found out this in not Chromecast bug but phone bug. In fact, Chromecast creates two wifi networks with hidden SSID which work as a beacon for the phone. You can't see them in wifi network list, but if you download wifi analyzer you can see them (I saw them with a Samsung Galaxy S4) with SSID '?', which means no SSID, and the MAC address following. Well, I installed wifi analyzer on the G3 and they don't appear in the list.So this means that LG G3 and G4 can't see networks with hidden SSID (whereas all other phones can), and this is the cause of the problem. The bug is several months old. Has anybody got a solution/suggestion?
Hello. I've always had worse WiFi on my Lenovo A7000 but recently it started to be just terrible. I have specifically theese problems: The phone sometimes doesn't notice nearby networks while every other device with WiFi does (ussualy on weaker WiFis), When I try to connect to the WiFi it just doesn't do anything and ussualy the network disappears from WiFis list (I noticed that when my phone is locked it connects but right after I unlock it it disconnects), Sometimes when i try to load some webpage or video the phone disconnects from the network and sometimes the network disappears from Wifis list, When I'm connected to strong WiFi it works but it's very slow (it can't even load a webpage). Theese problems apply for every WiFi I have access to so the problem isn't in my wireless router or the other routers because other devices work fine. Does anyone know what can I do ?
Hello, for quite some time I have problem with connecting WiFi to my Android TV. I tried everything, from Android reset, router reset, changing password, WiFi name, changing from DHCP to static IP, installing WiFi apps like Avast WiFi manager and nothing helped. The exact problem is that WiFi is disconnecting only when I open any app. For example, I connect WiFi normally and I check connection on router and router see that Android is connected so everything should be ok. But when I open YouTube, main page is just loading and at one point it says there is no connection, after leaving app WiFi icon that is showing signal strenght shows very low signal, only one dot. After turning WiFi off and on everything is normal again until I open an app. About notifications I am receiving them so that means that TV is successfully connected to internet until I open an app. This is weirdest problem I ever had since I am using Android devices and Internet. My TV have MBX S812 with B.S805 chipset. It have 1GB RAM/8GB ROM with Mali 450 card. Android version is 4.4.2 with kernel version 3.10.33. About recovery mode this Android box don't have it at all. There is reset button but it's not opening recovery mode it just resets Android. Android is not rooted. After reseting Android I can't even sign in to Google Account because when he tries to use WiFi to sign in it say there is no connection. I really don't know what else I can do now. I hope I provided enough info. Sorry for long text and thanks in advance!
