So I've tried with both the Chronus and the Dash Clock widgets and they both do not display the weather. The Dash Clock doesn't show anything while Chronus shows "Can't reach Yahoo! Weather at the moment" - I tried and switched the source to AccuWeather - "Can't reach AccuWeather at the moment", same thing. I'm starting to think this has something to do with the device. I'm using Nova Launcher on the latests Global Stable Miui.

Beautiful Widgets has a stand-alone weather widget, as does Weather and Toggle Widgets (both paid apps, both should be compatible)
I am on Beans rev 11. The default weather widget is suppose to be 4x2 but it says that it is 4x3. It also takes up an extra row because of that. Is there anyway to fix this?
Does anyone know of any dynamically-changing weather widgets like samsung's accuweather widget (or the normal accuweather widget for that matter), but for weather underground? To clarify, I'm looking for a widget who's background changes depending on the weather. A refresh button wouldn't be half bad either.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a weather widget that works great, however it has an unnecessary clock included in the widget, with no alternative that doesn't include the clock. Importantly, the stock weather widget has a refresh "button" on the bottom right of the widget, which allows the temperature to be updated without having to open the AccuWeather app (or the default stock rendition of it).
I have tried other weather widgets, such as Beautiful Widgets, HD Widgets, and AccuWeather App. However, none have the ability to refresh without opening the app. I saw http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601134, but the apps mentioned have issues according to the latest reviews, perhaps because they are no longer being developed
Can someone suggest a weather widget that:
Allows refreshing of the temperature/weather by tapping somewhere on the widget
Takes no more than a 2x1 area
And is preferably free
I've just installed a custom Oreo ROM on my Oneplus 2.
I have just one issue, I cannot add any Agenda Widget on the homescreen.
I tried, Google Calendar, Event Flow Widget, Agenda Widget all on Trebuchet or Nova Launcher.
If I load the calendar style widget, all is ok ... but the agenda style widgets all fail with "Problem Loading Widget Error".
Have you guys ever seen this ?
I'm having this identical problem on Pixel 2 handset with Nephilim ROM v4.2.
