Hello,
(Sorry for wrong place, admins please move to right forum as no Motoluxe sub exists)
I think my motoluxe is bricked. It simply does a bootloop. When I put it in recovery mode, I can't connect to it via fastboot. I haven't found a fasboot hardware key combinations. Is there anyway to access Fastboot? Also, they seems to be using RSD lite for all motorola phones. As I can get into recovery, do anyone have a update.zip for canadian motoluxe? If so, can you give me a link?
Thanks,
Acrilex123
All motorolas I used had the following key combo - "power button" and "vol down" button held for around 5 secs to boot into bootloader

Well, I have a problem. Even if I enter the bootloader mode, I am for some unknown reason unable to connect using Fastboot nor RSD Lite. I have the drivers installed, and I even tried from Linux (only fastboot, no RSD on linux). It just can't show up. Any idea? Thanks.

Well there could still be some problem with drivers. Sometimes even if you install them and connect the phone windows is installing something new, and then it's not working anyway. Here are some tips that may work for you:

I tried removing and reinstalling the device in Windows. I even tried in a VM with plain Windows 10 and just motorola drivers installed, to no avail. Any other solutions? I just can't understand why they don't provide update.zip for literally ANY version just to be sure...
EDIT: Here is a screenshot of the devices manager and a picture of the phone's screen.

Honestly, I'm out of ideas, could be something obvious that I miss or some serious problem - it's quite old device, different from the ones I know. I found this thread, IDK if you know it or if there's any useful information:

EDIT: people also report that RSD is not working on Win10, so maybe it's worth trying on 7 or 8...

I have motorola drivers installed but the windows 8 does not recognize fastboot (usb), I can't restore the phone. Maybe the usb debugging is disabled, I can change this being bricked?

Debugging has nothing to do with it,it just matters when the phone is running, not in fastboot mode.
People already had problems with Windows 8,try somewhere on Windows 7.

I have several days of despair without phone, try installing it on a new hard drive with Windows 7, even Windows XP, but always appears reporting that the device does not detect. Also with three different cables, and other Pc, had never been in trouble before, and many times reflashed, but this time not that can happen T_T

Tried to flash an android 11 rom (was already on another android 11 custom rom), phone won't turn on now, only black screen. Holding power button + volume keys will only make the device restart(it disappears and reappears in device manager), so i cant get into fastboot. ADB devices and Fastboot devices won't detect it. In device manager it appears as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.

Tried flashing stock rom in mi flash tool, it either says cannot receive hello packet, or cannot read from port com3.
Now i don't have a phone, so if anyone can try to fix this please help.
Same here. but mine won't even restart, the display is pure black & no vibrations are happening no matter what combination of buttons I'm doing,
Also- I don't even get to the flashing part on the Mi Flash tool. I keep on getting a `Input string was not in the correct format`. Altought I'm using the same dir name & also tried the same version of the Flash Tool as a tutorial I had seen on youtube.
Update: managed to fix it using this guide: https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1CbIhdB14-kVzTulNpKBJjB1-R4y1hD3AlGZ5nGlkgik/mobilebasic
Only difference i had to do, that after each download i had to long press power button on the phone until the download button disappeared in QFIL, and after it reappeared i had to press it instantly otherwise it would give an error.

Thank you so much.
Turns out that the `Sahara failed` error I had mentioned up above, was because I didn't long press the phone as you mentioned after every Download.
TO THE READERS:
I had to disconnect the battery for these downloads. When the battery was connected I kept on getting these weird `Sahara` errors.
In addition to that, As @gergmt mentioned, I had to disconnect and connect the USB after each download. Or else, the `Sahara` errors would've attacked as well.
I had also long pressed the power button & volume up upon each time I had connected the phone to my computer, but I do not know if that step is also necessary.
Best regards and best of luck to you all!
P.S: Now I just need to figure out why I'm getting into a bootloop of the Android One screen (Had just flahsed SHRP & Bliss' ROM)
Hey I'm new to this forum and Android Tablets in general. I have received a Vodafone Smart Tab 4G, which doesn't boot up. It's an old Tablet and it hasn't been used in a couple years. I want to see if I can make it boot up and test whether it's still usable for minor tasks. I thought I'd try to install an update using an SD card, but it's surprisingly impossible to find anything from an official source. The service menu does say "KTU84P release-keys" which seems to suggest that it has Android 4.4.4 installed.
What I've tried so far:
1: Go into the service menu and do a factory reset.
2. Try to find an update file to install through SD card method (to no avail)
3. Put some alleged stock roms onto an SD card and try to use the update function (fails on the verification step)
4. Installed ADB & Unsigned Mediatek Vcom Drivers on Windows 10. ADB has no connection to the Tablet.
5. Downloaded and tried SmartTab4G_Recovery_KK_benjaminwan to no avail. It gets stuck at "waiting for device".
6. Downloaded SP Flash tool, but failed to find a ROM for the Smart Tab 4G with a scatter file.
7. Out of desperation I tried to flash it with a Smart Tab 3G Rom which had a scatter file, but when I press download nothing happens.
My current understanding is that the standard service menu isn't meant to be used to flash the firmware. If I had an official update file I might have had some success, but I couldn't find one. All the other attempts involving a connection to my Windows 10 PC failed, which seems to indicate that I might be using bad drivers. I'm honestly at my wits' end and I don't understand why this is any more complicated than going to the manufacturers website, finding my device, downloading the most recent system software and flashing it through the service menu. Hope someone can help me out with this one.
Update: Tried a different computer. Partial success. Device manager actually recognized an Android device this time. I installed the usb driver and the recovery batch actually didn't get stuck on "waiting for device" this time. That's great news, although I didn't get much further. Here's what I got:

Thread can be closed. I got it after all with the help of the available information. Turns out the recovery.bat was a dead end. Not sure why it didn't work for me with the batch. I tried the approach explained here with cmd and it worked fine.
fastboot -i 0x1bbb oem unlock
fastboot -i 0x1bbb boot cwm.img
Once I was in the cwm everything went smoothly since verification was disabled and I could install a custom rom. This probably took me way longer than it should've, but at least it's working now.
Hi, I decided to unlock bootloader on my Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G NE. I downloaded Mi Unlocker, and did everything as it was described on the internet: enabling debugging functions, unlocking OEM, logging to Mi Account etc, installing all required drivers etc. The problem is that after entering fastboot mode there's literally no device in Device Manager associated with my phone, so neither Mi Unlocker, nor fastboot can detect my phone. I tried reinstalling drivers, restarting PC, changing cables, ports, different version of adb, fastboot, and MI Unlocker with no result.
One thing that helped (but only for a minute) was doing factory reset, and then fastboot mode image changed to some older one, and then it appeared in device list, and Mi Unlocker detected it, but sadly there was an error saying "Couldn't verify device", and then fastboot exited, and after rebooting previous (newer) image appeared, and problem was back. Then I thought: hey, maybe I have too old system? So I upgraded it to MIUI 13, and now the problem is still there, but fastboot image has been reduced to only barely visible label.
Maybe I'm using obsolete drivers? Maybe you have some recent drivers, or maybe I should try another PC/linux booted from pen?
install mi pc suite 3.2.1.3111 for the drivers and check in windows/peripherals if drivers are corrected installed
Nope, it didn't help. I forgot also to mention, that phone is discoverable by adb, and I can execute adb reboot bootloader without any problems
Try (with minus - there are two diff modes):
adb reboot-bootloader
The same thing happens FASTBOOT label, and no device is detected.
Any other advices? I tried with Linux, but with the same results
Okay it's strange, but now I tried logging in to my Google account and switching most of debugging options in developer settings to on, and now it appeared as fastboot device after reboot, and I was able to unlock it
But now, unfortunately, when I wanted to flash something to phone, then fastboot disappeared again - wtf is going on?
Have you tried a different USB cable?

Okay, the issue was broken USB port, now it works perfectly
I followed the steps, but I can't get into bootloader mode. Please help. When I reboot to bootloader, the screen is blank and doesn't respond to fast boot commands.
Turn off phone then hold volume up and plug into computer to get to bootloader mode (screen should still be off)
If computer doesnt recognize fastboot mode then your computer is lacking the right driver
I did follow the steps and downloaded both the google USB driver and driver for my device model from sony mobile communications via 'install OEM drivers'. Did I miss anything? In fact, how do I remove and reinstall both drivers if they are faulty?

I remember window 10 and 11 block driver if you install normal through double click. You need to get to device manager and update driver manually. Google it
i tried but still the same problem. From this screenshot , could you make out anything regarding anything ive might have missed. i installed the google usb driver and fastboot driver by the device manager as stated in the previous comment.

Hey, man I had a problem with the drivers in bootleader mode on my 5 IV as well. Which had the Android under Other Devices with a question mark, meaning it couldn't find the drivers.
You could try forcefully installing the drivers for the device as I explained how to do in my post here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...-and-flashing-firmwares.4537183/post-88051049
Make sure you don't have US version because you can't unlock bootloader on it

There's a Sony driver you jeed to use, SA2000 or some weird name. Did you get that one? Install it by right clicking on the Android device name with yellow warning triangle. Select the install disk manually and assign that one to manually install
