I want to install a custom kernel on my Lg Optimus Exceed 2 and its running android version 4.4.2. How could I do this and which custom kernel should I use? I want to overclock the phone and it is also rooted. Help if you can, it'd be greatly appreciated!

As far as I can tell, the bootloader is locked so root is all we have for now.
I have a stock rooted Sprint Note 2 SPH-L900.
I have the custom rom I want but don't know where to go after that.
Please, any help is much appreciated.
Need to know if anyone has seen or has a good ROM for the VS450PP ???? Rooted fine with TowelRoot. Runs 4.4.2..... No Recovery that I've found.....Any help will be greatly appreciated.
