Good evening, I tell them , upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile and did not like me , so I returned to Windows Phone 8.1 using Windows Device Recovery Tool.
After the Windows Device Recovery Tool finished, my terminal did not catch on or react , connect the PC to detect it as " QHSUSB_BULK " . It has a solution?

When trying to make the process I stay with an error , I leave capture and hope you can help me, they are greatly appreciate it

I got problem after install PPC 2003 on my q-tek1010. The problem is i can't access my wallaby bootloader. I tried install software with adaptrom from XDA Dev site. It seems work but unitl step 2 computer show error

after soft reset everything become normaly. Now I stack with OZONE software can't do upgrade my q-tek anymore. Please help me to solve this problem.
Last week i went to q-tek1010 helpdesk in jeddah, they can't do anything with my device.....

first i have to say, everything works fine when i was using windows 7, i have flashed many times in windows 7. but now i have some serious problem.
when i plug the device, it says hardware unrecognised, i've already tried install/reinstall all the flashtool drivers in windows 8 disable-driver-signature-enforcement-mode, i also tried gordon gate, and it still says hardware unrecognised. when i open the flashtool and try to flash something, it says NOTHING! here are 2 screenshots.

now i can't use my device because of upgrading my third-party-system, and i want to reflash the stock system, but now i can't do that because of this. can anybody help me?
by the way, my bootloader is locked.

So i wan to create a new Virtual Device, but everytime I click on "OK" nothing happens. And with nothing, I mean nothing. Neither an force exit nor an error.

What about the virtual devices list? Does that get updated?
Have you tried creating a new virtual device from a terminal?
dear all,
yesterday i was tried to installing new rom via edl
everything works perfectly untill flashing,
because MiFlash the time look 10000s.,
and now myKenzo Complety Dead then i Can't Access Fastboot mode
but on device manager in my computer the driver Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E is Read
when kenzo connecting to my computer.
so, anyone can help me to fix this (how to access fastboot)
