So i explain a bit. I have the first generation Moto G and got it on android 5.1 but there was an update for 5.1.1 that i couldn´t do because i rooted my Smartphone. So i installed twrp and tried to go back to an unrooted version. Wasn´t going as i expected so i searched for a solution how to do. Found this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/restore-to-kitkat-lollipop-moto-g-t3011553 and it was working. I had android 4.4.4 and everything was working. Than i wanted to do the first update. I don´t know the version but it downloaded and installed. As it finished there was nothing. Phone not turning on/ blackscreen. But i think its not turning on. I can´t even get into fastboot so i can do a recovery. When i plug it into my computer i hear the sound that it is connected to the computer (sound on the computer not on smartphone) but i can´t do any commands through adb. Anyone knows how to fix that?

Hello,
I've bought a new device - Evolveo StronPhone Q4, MTK6589 based phone. The stock ROM is basically vanilla Android 4.2.1. I've successfully rooted it using Framaroot.
Then I've created scatter file using MTK Droid Tools (all partitions that were formated were ext4).
Then I've decided to create a backup before I start playing with it, so I've tried backing up flash using SP Flash Tool (using Readback), it was running fine and downloaded approx. 20%, then crashed. I've tried that once or twice more times, always failed. Now after I plug it in, windows display "This device can perform faster" and FlashTool won't detect the device. If I connect it without battery with VolDn key pressed, FlashTool detects it and I get S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL.
However, the phone boots fine, just GPS/Wifi/BT is not working. (No GPS icon appers, and I get errors like BT_open: WMT turn on BT fail in dmesg). Looks like an issue with kernel/HW issue.
Any ideas what could have gone wrong and how to fix it?
In the meantime, I've asked manufacturer for a stock FW image, but I'm not sure it helps...
Update: Okay, I have no clue what just happened. However I've unrooted, reverted everything I've modified on the phone so far so I'll be able to return it to manufacturer as "deffective"... And just for the curiosity connected it to the computer and tried downloading ROM one more time. And it succeeded - I'll upload the ROM once I get access to faster internet connection. I've removed the battery (phone was stuck in Preloader mode because I cancelled ongoing RAM test.), put it back and now everything works.
So, it looks like everything is fine now, however I'd love to know what happened, if you have any clue, please let me know!

Hi all,

Maybe by PM in czech? ...
Hi everyone, I have a problem with the bluetooth of my acer liquid e1 (chipset mtk6577), with android 4.1.1.. Since a few days ago I can’t anymore use it. Explaining better: when I try to switch on Bluetooth, the toggle immediately comes back to off. The strange thing is that I didn’t install anything new since the last time bluetooth worked. I’ve already tried to delete the application data of the bluetooth app. I also tried to replace MtkBt.apk file in the /system/app folder with some apk found over internet. I used root explorer to do it. Is there anything else I can try? Consider that this problem started without any relevant change in the configuration of the phone.
Thanks a lot
No one of you can help me?

I tried restarting in safe mode, and then happened a very strange thing: restarting normally after the restart in safe mode, bluetooth worked. But then, after another restart, it didn't work again. Restarting again in safe mode isn't useful. I can't anymore activate it using the safe mode. Any solution?

Hi,
Sounds like it got thrown into fastboot mode. If so, the update may not have took. If your build number (found in settings) is not LCA43, then that's probably the case.
To pair the watch again, only way I can think of is to factory-reset the watch. Any update it took will luckily still be there, only your userdata will be wiped.
After the LCA43 update I had to reset my G Watch to get it to function properly.

MOTO Z SHAREDIAN
Try to reflash stock ROM, try then to update to the current version.
If it doesn't find any update, use this tool:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/development/tool-motorola-ota-link-generator-tool-t3537039
Background: I recently flashed a nougat stock rom (retbr on reteu device) and it showed "Baseband: Not Found" (or something like that) in the bootloader. When the latest update was installed, there was something written, and wifi/bluetooth is working well in cuetom rom.
Hello!
My dad was using Nokia 7.1 for a while but recently he asked for help with his phone which is constanlty restarting... Looking into other threads, I can see it is kind of known problem, so I hope you can help me somehow. The phone is running now on 00WW_3_51F. He doesn't remember what was recently done with the phone but I guess he simply updated it do Android 9.0... When I power on the phone, it boots correctly but restarts after few seconds (sometimes it's longer, up to 1 minute).
- I have already reseted phone to factory default but problem remained.
- I have tried to boot it in safe mode but same problem occurred.
I managed to access Settings>Advanced>Updates and noticed that there is an update available (V3.54H) with size 1299.4 MB. When I started to download it, phone crashed...
I was able to download V3.54H OTA from another thread in this forum with size 119MB (pretty weird...) and I am wondering if there is any chance to update it manually from SD Card or Fastboot. Assuming there is V3.51F version installed, can I simply execute command fastboot update update.zip in fastboot? Will it install only this patch to exisiting OS or replace it?
Do you have any other ideas how to fix it?
Thanks!
