Hi,
I played and I loose. now my TF201 do not boot anymore. (I'll tried to install a custom ROM hairybean unsuccessfully).
when I boot with power and vol - I have the screen with RCK, Android, USB and wipe Data.
if I launch RCK, I have a picture with a working bot and then this picture of an android and an exclamation point.

I tried to find a recovery to flash with fastboot.
Fastboot works:
C:\fastboot>fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash recovery twrp-2.6.3.0-tf201-JB.img
sending 'recovery' (7934 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.411s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 1.745s]
finished. total time: 3.159s

but I cannot how to launch this recovery. RCK show always the same pictures and then... nothing and I Iet a normal boot I just have the ASUS Logo eternally.
I have numerous of Chrome tab open. I confide I am lost.
I don't really know where to download the correct recovery and the correct ROM to hope recover my system.
Is anybody can help me?
Thank you very much.
Regards,
William

I'm in the same boat. I think the perfect solution would be to somehow just get back to FULLY stock, like it was when we got it! If anyone can help us get there, we'd be ever grateful!

Hi. I know there are a ton of threads on bootlooping. I read for hours but am still stuck. I dug up this phone because I can't afford my new HTC One but need a phone to get me by for a while. About 1.5 years ago, I stopped using this phone because one day I was using it on a custom rom, and the battery got so low the symbol ended up being a red triangle (in Android). After that I could not get it to turn on, would just flash a red light every 5 seconds or so.
I just dug up the phone now and have a good charge on the battery. I can usually get it to boot up, but it bootloops the white HTC screen. I can get it into the bootloader and this is what I'm running (HBoot 1.5, may have to zoom in on the image).

I redownloaded TWRP recovery and clockworkmod recovery. I placed them into Platform tools folder where fastboot is located, put the phone in Fastboot USB and this is what came up:
C:\Users\Kevin\Desktop\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130514\sdk\platform-tools>fas
tboot flash recovery recovery.img
sending 'recovery' (4726 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.163s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 2.167s]
finished. total time: 3.336s
So it looks like it went through. However when I go back into fastboot and go to recovery, the phone reboots back into bootloop. I have tried clockworkmod recovery and TWRP, both with the same.
What is the next step I should do?
I bought an EVO 3D used off Craigslist and activated it only to find the mic doesn't work well
Thanks,
Kevin
When I use ADB to reboot into recovery, there is no option on my device to update from ADB. (See picture)
I just want to wipe the device and flash the latest update to get it running normally.
Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks.

I've also tried going into fastboot and running the recovery command
.\fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
It returns with:
FAILED (remote: 'flashing not allowed for locked hw')
I'm guessing this has something to do with why ADB is not showing in recovery menu.

Stock HDX devices do not have a customary recovery menu or fastboot command set. If your device fails to boot and Amazon's simplistic reset does not fix it there is no recourse other than unlocking the bootloader (3rd gen) or tossing it in the waste bin (4th gen).
I'm totally noob for android/root
My Redmi Note 10 Sunny is bricked or something
I do some research and unlock OEM bootloader and install this rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-11-mojito-sunny-project-sakura-official-aosp.4325663
But It's stuck at Sakura loading screen and doesn't boot to the system no matter how long i wait.
I try to restart a few times but it stuck at the same animation.
Then i decide to power off and open again with power + volume up now i'm at this RECOVERY screen but i don't know what to do.
If i choose Enter fastboot the phone instantly freeze can't do anything and need to power off manually.
If i choose Reboot to bootloader it's just reboot to this very same screen.
If i choose Reboot to recovery same as the above.
If i choose Mount/unmount system the text at the bottom about failed to bind appear.
I post this here instead of in the rom thread because i believe it's not the rom fault but i'm doing something wrong and i lose all of my rom? according to the bottom text.
Please help this is my only phone and i regret it now.

Try PE Recovery, LOS Recovery seems incompatible with the Sakura rom
CLEAN FLASH (RECOMMENDED) :Boot Into PE Recovecy
First Format Data(Factory Reset)
Click On Apply Update And Choose Adb Sideload
Now Go To Pc,Open CMD In Platform Tools,Type adb sideload PPUI_Mojito.zip (File Name Will Be Different)
It Will Be Failed At 47%.It's Normal So Dont Worry.
Now Reboot Your Phone And Enjoy!
Hello,
A couple of days after buying the Nokia X20 it asked for an OTA update so I did it but it failed somehow and it booted into fastboot mode.
I tried through fastboot platform tools administrator:
- Flashing stock rom
result: "remote: did not have permission to flash"
-"flashing get_unlock_ability"
result: 1
-unlocking bootloader using "fastboot flashing unlock"
result: "FAILED (remote: 'unknown command')
fastboot: error: Command failed"
-wiping it using "fastboot erase data"
result: "
Erasing 'data' FAILED (remote: 'did not have permission to erase')
fastboot: error: Command failed"
PS: my only options are "Start", "Restart bootloader", "Power off". No recovery mode plus I can't take it to Nokia Care
I have no clue what to do next. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated

Your phone is fully bricked then! There's literally 0 WAYS to fix this issue, so you might as well just ask Nokia Customer Support to fix it. Sorry, but the next time you want to get a phone for tinkering and installing custom ROMs, just buy a Xiaomi or maybe a Samsung with good community support instead
I had the stupidity to send a command via fastboot that needed a previous one: fastboot flash splash splash.img
But I needed to wipe the partition first, now the phone has a blinking led and I can't get into any recovery mode, let alone turn it on

Can u boot to fastboot mode using hardkeys?
I'm only posting this for another user who can no longer log in to xda, but wants to help..
I destroyed mine with the same worries...
Only solution is to open the miA1 and make a flashpoint at the level of the motherboard ...
Because the miA1 and stuck in emergency mode and no other possible solution.

Something like this?
Okay, I bought a repair kit just to save this phone. So it will be recognized by USB right? Because a port appears with it connected in the current state, but the programs do not recognize it as "phone"
No, as I said
