Incoming calls on The gear S - Samsung Gear S

I have a Samsung galaxy S7 and a gear s with no Sim card, only Bluetooth connection. Is there anyway to see incoming calls from my phone displayed on the watch. I know with android wear, you can see who is calling on your watch as well as know that someone is calling. Is there anyway to activate this feature on the gear S? Thanks

Yes, it works on Gear S and we can answer with the Gear S mic + speaker

How do you set that up? Everytime my phone rings nothing shows on my watch. I only get a missed call notification on the watch. I remember on Android Wear, the person's contact card would show up on the watch and it would vibrate or ring showing me that my phone is ringing. I can't seem to get this feature on the Gear S and I can't find any settings for this.

I'd also like to hear some input for this. My watch used to ring along with my phone when someone called. I haven't changed anything, but now nothing shows on the watch when someone calls. It does show "missed call" after the the fact, if I don't answer , but that's it. I'd love to hear if others have been experiencing this, and if there's a fix. Thanks.

ensure your audio BT is checked for the Gear ?

And check notification for Call input

[Q] Flash sms notification

Hi people.
My provider (Vodafone Portugal) has a service that you introduce a USSD code to send a message to another person to ask them to call you back. It is called Toking.
Toking is a kind of flash sms (class 0) that pop's up un the screen but isn't stored on the phone's memory.
Don't know if this just happens to me, but when I receive one of those I don't get any notification ring which is kind of annoying because I allready missed a lot of those because I didn't hear them.

Translation: "TOKING:Number ######### is asking you to call him back."
So just to get things clear what I'd like to do is make the phone ring when I receive a flash sms so that i can know when people want me to contact them.
Is there any way to achieve this?
Thank you for any help.
bump!
I have this same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Ace with CyanogenMod 7.2 MIRACLE v4.
I would like to get some kind of notification when I get those Tokings.
Maybe the problem is in CyanogenMod 7.2
I used MiniCM7Pro (CM 7.1) and the USSD messages rings. But in CM7.2 this messages don't make any sound.

Bug With incoming caller with hidden caller id

Hi Zettlers,
I just had an incoming caller with hidden id and noticed a Bug after hanging up the Phone.
The call was still in the notification bar and was undeletable. Also the time was still counting. I even switched to plane Mode to make sure the call is really hang up but it was still counting.
After a reboot the notification was gone.
Anionen noticed this too?

Just hung up from an unknown dialer call; didn't notice anything like that. Probably (hopefully) some one-off derp.
Thanks for trying.
I just came up with the idea, if it might is connected to the feature "Intelligent call handling" that can be activated under "Settings/Personlization/Motion". Do you have this activated?

Nope. Innovation in all glory but some things need to stay old school..
Now I even had the bug, when I called someone.
That's really weird.

Tasker problem

I have the tasker's latest version 4.3u4. I have set up an event to open camera when i shake my phone. It works perfectly. The only problem is that it remains active during a incoming phone call (i.e, when i remove my phone from my pocket, it recognizes it as a shake and hence opens the camera- for this i also tried each and every sensitivity option - still the problem persists). So, is there any way i can disable it during incoming calls automatically?
P.S: I don't have a rooted phone

In that same profile add another condition not to execute it during a phone call.

[Q] When Receiving a Call Show the Last SMS/Call Between You and The Caller

Is there an application that shows the last SMS and Call exchanged between me and a caller when an incoming call is present?
So this all started when I saw a buddy's S5 while he was dialing a contact. It showed the last communication between him and said contact. I have a lot of people I frequently call and SMS throughout the day, some of them clients whose numbers I haven't saved so I don't know what our last communication was. Is there an application that can show me this information in a certain hierarchy?
1. If SMS was exchanged, show that.
2. If not, show the last call.
Things I've tried to no avail:
*Ready Contacts + Dialer
*Caller History
*Truecaller
*Contactive - Free Caller ID
*White Pages ID
*Looking for a Tasker Profile
*Looking for an S5 Dialer port for 4.3
Here are some images to get an idea of what I'm talking about:

On a side note, Truecaller is a pretty smooth application if you only want the last call to be present.
Exdialer app from the play store is really good replacement for the stock dialer it saves detailed history of the last contacts you made. Plus it loads much faster.
