hi,
facing a very strange problem with the lumia 800. started to notice that on pressing the power on/unlock key on the right side of the device the camera automatically starts. Also when locking and unlocking the phone the camera starts automatically The camera key has stopped working.
Re-started the phone and the phone went dead. The icon to connect to a laptop came up and on doing so i hit upon error: c101002e. Tried the hard reset and it worked but the camera still gave the same problem.
I have an strange issue as when trying to open Contacts it takes more than 5 sec and also opened two times so when pressing back button don't show the home screen but also shows the Contacts again ! . i need also to know why it takes more than 5 sec however i'm using the latest ROM 4.1.2

So my sister's samsung galaxy s6 edge is in a weird type of bootloop freezing cycle, where it won't actually turn on but it can be restarted over and over again using the buttons.
A few days ago it restarted itself and froze a few times so she used the volume up and power key to restart it and it worked so she turned it off and left it for for a few hours and it worked again until yesterday.
Yesterday it started freezing again but the volume up and power keys no longer worked for restarting so she started to use volume down and power keys and by holding them in it restarted the phone. The phone would only stay on for a few seconds and then freeze again and she would have to restart it again.
Now it's got to the point where it won't even turn on and every time it's restarted it gets stuck on the Samsung opening screen like I've shown in the video.
I know the option here is to hard reset it but she has alot of videos and photos with sentimental value, so if there's a way to back it up before hard resetting it id love it know
Can anyone offer up a solution or 6 please? Appreciate it!

First thing... what model is i? G925? After i have this i can give you the best steps to take.
Its stuck in a bootloop and the easy fix is to boot to recovery and wipe data/cache then if not fixed flash the stock fimware. But there is a way to save the data. But i need the model.
And btw volume up and power does nothing. It will of just restarted due to holding power. Vol down and power is the correct way to boot to safe mode
I've had my Tab S6 now for 2 years and was using it just fine during the day. It was connected to my laptop to charge while I worked.
Around 75% charge, I took out the charge cable, turned on the screen and then opened the YouTube App.
As the YouTube App was opening, the tablet crashed. The screen froze for about 3 seconds and then went completely dark - similar to a hard reset.
The Samsung logo appeared with the standard "powered by android message" and just sat there for minutes.
The screen went off again and now the tablet is not responding at all to the power button or volume button.
I've tried a holding the power button and volume down button for 12 seconds to no avail.
I've tried charging it using its power brick and didn't get any response vibration or screen turning on. It just stays blank and unresponsive.
I've also held the power button for 2 minutes to no avail as well.
This is completely out of the blue and I'm at my wits end as to what is happening.
I've noticed there are 2 other complaints in the Q&A section just in the month of February 2023 concerning crashing Tab S6s that also became unresponsive.
What's going on? Any help would be appreciated.
UPDATE
I plugged it in to my Windows laptop using a USB-C data cable and checked Device Manager for any feedback.
The device connects and disconnects itself from the PC every 30 seconds.
When it does connect it shows up in Device Manager as "Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".
