Just wondering if any of you knows how to install Google smart lock in Stock EMUI 3.1 Android 5.1.1.
I'd like to be able to use trusted places and automatically sign in to a few apps.

This is my very first post. Not even sure if there's a solution to this, tried searching but probably my keywords didn't exactly hit it.
I have a Huawei P9 Lite. I just received the OTA update for Nougat Beta with build number VNS-L31C636B331. My previous build was VNS-L31C636B170. I received the OTA update after I registered to become a beta tester. The installation was successful, things went running smoothly until I noticed my VPN app was closing when my phone is locked (even when I had it set to run after screen-lock). It got so annoying until I decided to reformat my phone. Things are running fine again, but some system or stock Huawei apps are missing, like calendar, clock, and calculator, to name a few.
Is there a way to download and reinstall these apps? And if so, are the downloadable apps already designed for Nougat on Huawei? Or are they from Marshmallow?
If there is no way to download stock apps, can I ask help to downgrade to Marshmallow? I'm planning to downgrade, and then tick back the Nougat update again from settings.

Hello, this is my first thread here and I hope im at the right place.
So I want to spoof Pokemon go on my Honor 5x, it all worked fine, but then I got a update, first I thought it will be a android update but im still at 6.0.1 so I think it was a emui update.
Im now on 4.0.3 Emui, no spoof apps work on my honor 5x but everybody is telling me the apps work on 6.0.1, what should I install or fix so I can spoof again?

Do the spoof apps tell you why they can't work?! Like, do they identify what does it prevent them to work?!

Can you please help. Between Google Pixel vs Huawei Mate 9, which phone would be easiest to root and still use Google Pay on?
I'm not sure what it is but I see discussions of things like Magisk and SafetyNet. But I don't know which phone would still work with Google Pay after rooting on latest firmware like Android 8.0 Oreo.

To update to emui10, I uninstalled all Google apps and it worked.
Now I try to get gms back, without success. I tried Google installer, direct installation... With no results.
If someone succeeded in this operation, please help me to do it!

Solved. Here is what i did:
First of all, i was expecting that someone with help...
Anyway, after deleting Google apps (playstore, play services...) And updating my phone to emui 10.
I have used hisuite to downgrade to 9.1.0.178 then upgraded to 9.1.0.213... then followed the tutorial shared by borden and it worked perfectly.
PS: backup your system before downgrading or you'll lose all your data.
Will every phone lose google services when system updates to 10? Or only some models of 8x?

Nah it wont lose anything after updating to 10

Samsung galaxy Tab A290 already upgraded to the last security update, Android 11 with the FRP lock still active. (Unable to downgrade firmware) Bootloader still locked and unable to activate USB debugging so rooting is out of the question. (for my skill level anyway).
Package disabler and alliance shield x no longer work. Therefore none of the walkthroughs on YouTube are of any use. Does anyone have a solution/alternative. Thank you in advance.
