Hi
I'm running the latest stock ROM rooted with Rodriguez mod however have noticed in battery details WiFi is still on when its turned off.
I've tried going into WiFi advanced settings to turn scanning while off but that option isn't there or even present in location settings does anyone know how to fix this?
Does anyone know?

I mean press the magnifying lens at the top right of settings search for wifi
Thanks found it via search as you suggested. Noticed though there's no three stacked dots in location that's why struggled to access it

Is it possible to disable the Lock screen altogether, or at least disable it when connected to your home wifi network? I've tried the "Unlock with Wifi" app but it doesn't seem to work on the S2

Eh? Ripple lock just added a 2nd level of lock (the opposite of what I'm looking for), and the 2nd link pointed to some irrelevant search results. Am I missing something??
No Lock ain't bad but no it won't unlock when connected to WiFi.

I already tried No Lock but it doesn't stop the default lock screen from appearing (the one that you have to swipe to get rid of)
???
^Right.
Delayed Lock is also there.

the second link with all the search results was for you to actually go through and see what other people had the same problem as yourself...rather than waiting to ask for people on here to reply for you i thought i do the search for you and see what comes up, and you can see other peoples opinions and recommendations that they left on other peoples threads thats all..
apologies for the first link just thought if you try that it might of helped...what about widgetlocker
Edit: forget about widgetlocker that wont do it for you...
Check the search result link that i gave you and just read about what other people suggest in the other threads
I have installed this Rom 3 times and I can't get mobile data to work and I don't have the quick settings in the notification drop Down to enable it. The clean ics Rom works fine for me.
Also it keeps saying preparing sd in the notification
Yeah I had the same issue with data at first. Go into your settings menu and turn wifi off unless you plan on using it and then go to the data settings and enable data networks. You should get data right afterwards. As far as mounting the sd card issue I have no clue. Have you tried unmounting it manually then remounting to see if that solves the issue for you?
Settings-data usage and enable it at the top

No quick settings but there is a settings button at the top of the notification window.
OT, I had to reboot once for my mobile data setting to enable. I mean actually being able to change the setting from off to on. After that...all butter.
Thanks again for all you help! I got this working. The only issues I see now are the screen flickers quite a bit and the browser goes really slow at times when scrolling. The screen takes forever to redraw
Over the weekend I upgraded to Marshmallow, and more or less it is going well. However, yesterday this new icon showed up. Not sure if it is a system icon or an app icon. Thanks.

I'm running your Imperius kernel, and I can't seem to find where to turn it off in the normal settings screens. Googling T-Mobile and Volte shows where to turn it off on other phones, but those settings aren't there on mine. I'll reflash your kernel and see if that fixes it.

Open dialer, tap 3 dots at top, call settings and you'll see the toggle
Kernel is the cause of it showing. Happened on past firmwares too then went away but seems it's back again
Hi there, so basicly im using a s9+ with pie version and my problem is that i can't download big apps or spotify lists because every time i turn my screen off, it stops downloading or updating apps and stuff. What should i do ? I tried using another wi-fi connection and also clearing caches but no luck.I also couldn't see any settings about wi-fi sleep mode in pie version
Have you tried "Keep WiFi on During Sleep"?
Open up the WiFi menu from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
Click the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen and select Advanced.
Click View More at the bottom of the screen. Then scroll the screen down to reveal more options.
Tap Keep WiFi on During Sleep and pick Always or While Charging from the three options.

They placed the WiFi power savings mode under developer options now.
Also check to see if Switch to Mobile Data is on under WiFi > Advanced menu. If it is try toggling it off and see if that helps. The Switch to Mobile Data feature has sometimes gotten a little quirky for me and switched my connection from WiFi to cellular when it thought the connection was bad... My connection was fine, but I disabled it since it hasn't always been 100% reliable for me.

Oh i found that option but its already switched off.Maybe my problem is something about play store because things that i can't download and install are usually big games that requires to download an additional file.

Only things I can suggest is to go to device maintenance and change the settings under battery management. You could try disabling any power management options there and see if that helps.
You could also try having your phone plugged in and charging when the games/apps are downloading the additional files.
Myself for games and apps that download additional files I just end up extending the time delay before the screen turns off or enabling the enabling the stay awake when charging (under developer tools). I revert the settings when I am done. In this case the game/app was the cause (not google play because google play was not responsible for downloading the additional files), so that is about the only way I found to make it work... Maybe this will help for you also?

Remove Download Manager & Playstore from Battery Optimization
This is an option ALL phones i had had. Strangely not in the BT menu.. Like it's hidden by Samsung by choice..! How to get it back/find a way to switch that option? I want to use BT but don't want to be "found"!

Isn't it always hidden, unless you are in the bluetooth menu or you have already paired the device?

Bro, you think I'm dumb enough not to have checked that before asking?
Children, don't argue
Use Good Lock and you'll find the option you're looking for under Quickstar.

I was curious so I checked it. My phone is not seen when not in Bluetooth menu. So that's good to know. Goodlock/Quickstar will help hiding Bluetooth and or other icons

GoodLock is nice, but neither in Quickstar, neither other section i found the solution to my issue.
I was posting from (gasp!) iPad, now here's a screenshot of my phone (the "W" Canadian variant, but I doubt that makes a difference).
BTW, there's also SystemUI Tuner that can accomplish the same.
EDIT: Oh, I just realized you're not looking to hide the BT icon, but to keep the phone invisible while BT is on. This is not it.

But that is the standard for all Android phones for several years.
Do have any of the sharing options enabled, which maybe makes you visible?

What are those "sharing option" you refer to..? Just having BT turned on makes you visible. This is by default on any device. Usually there's a setting to make your device "'invisible". I checked on older Galaxy : it's there! Sometimes, manufacturer intentionnally HIDE a setting in menu. So i can be reactivated, but i dunno the process.

Search for "Nearby sharing" in settings...
This seems to be related to 2 settings - "Nearby sharing" is in Google settings and then there is "Quick share" as well...
Indeed there's such option in "Nearby sharing".. But it's only for this service : Phone's still visible even if you disable visibility in "Nearby sharing".. There should be an option in the BT (sub)menu itself as said.
