Hi I recently upgraded my phone (liquid smooth KK) to Marshmallow (Resurrection Remix® ).
Everything is OK except some features missing, and I really want them back !!
Pie Control: AFAIK, this has been removed from CM11? Now using LMT, works OK. but I cannot directly use it on lock screen like what Pie control can. Tried that Pie control app on play store. Not as good as both. Also with LMT, I cannot add flash, kill app..etc button.
Hardware button configuration: Resurrection Remix Rom has "Button Controller" but not given the ability to configure back button, and very limit actions with other buttons.
What I used to do is set "long press back button to kill app" and "long press home button to switch silent, ring".
I know that Gravitybox seems to have those modules, but I cannot get it start, just got "Gravitybox system framework not responding". I am pretty sure I downloaded the right version.
So I am here to ask has anyone can use Gravitybox on I9305 with Marshmallow ROMs?

I really prefer to use my menu button as recent apps (long press for menu), and just have the 3-button overflow menu in app. At the same time, I'd much rather use a stock Samsung rom. It seems the only way to get this feature is to flash a CM based rom. Is there anyway around this?
Alternatively; is there a way to disable capacitive buttons in a rom completely? (Makes it easier to use PIE)
Okay, I just installed CM 10.1 (JB 4.2.2) on my Samsung GT-P5100 (first time I'm doing this)
1) Is there any way I can receive/listen FM radio ? Even if I have to change my firmware? I tried some apps, but I can't do it :X either they all crash when I launch them or they won't install at all..
2) Is there any way I can rearrange my applications in the "app drawer" that comes with the CM ? Maybe if I had a virtual menu button ?
3) Can I enable the virtual screenshot button on the bottom (the bar where the virutal back, home and running apps buttons are). I had ICS before this and I really liked it, but now - holding Power & VolumeDown, or taking a screenshot from the power menu.. I don't like it as much
Thank you in advance!!!
Hi guys, long time no modding Recently since the Droid Ultra announced and the peculiarities about the buttons setup, i got an idea about placing the Menu button as Recent Apps button like in Droid Ultra. But what about legacy apps you say? don't worry, just like Droid Ultra, just long press it and release, then additional hidden setting will come up. If your apps are 4.0 and up, the Overflow button will be added in the Title Bar so no need to long press to reach the menu.

Still looking for better long press behavior though, should be popping up the menu while pressing instead of when the button got released.
FAQ:
Q: Which ROM is compatible?
A: 982.124.14 ROM of RAZR JB. Au or Eu version etc is compatible.
Q: Why not the Search button on our RAZR?
A: Because the code is too complex and with additional Google Search functionality, too much to be edited. Better yet, i intended to publish this mod as tutorial (once the long press behavior is fixed) And i don't really want to remove the Google Now experience altogether by just remapping the key, so i chose the menu button.
Version History:
1.0
- Release
1.2
- Added Second Haptic Feedback when long press the menu button.
- Remove Long Press event on Home
Trying now. Running Dirty unicorns with JBX kernel. Post results if you wish...

Too risky. Sorry...I will just remap the hardware keys using my rom. But thanks for the mod and the idea. Lol.
New version has been added, which added a second haptic feedback after long press. Trying to make the menus out while pressing but it doesn't work quite well.
This is not my creation. I am just reporting that an Xposed module developed for Galaxy Note works on my Galaxy S4
Here is the module
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2490029:
I installed it on my S4 and successfully remapped the following key-strokes to lauch specific apps:
long-press home
long-press menu
long-press back
double-tap menu (a small glitch – it launches the custom app but also pulls up the menu of whatever or launcher is open at the time I double tap)
I realize there are loads of gesture launchers to get to things quickly, but some of these key remappings could be valuable to me also. In particular sometimes I find myself outside in bright sunlight with auto brightness disabled and can’t even see my phone to get brightness adjusted. Now I have mapped long-press menu to launch a Tasker-created app that turns brightness to max (and turns off autobrightness so I am guaranteed the phone will stay on max brightness after I press this button).
I also have Wanam installed. It didn't seem to work in changing button behavior. It does demand a setting for long-press home. I wondered if there might be a conflict. In Wanam I set long-press home to do “nothing” and in Xbutton I set a custom app… it followed the Xbutton instructions just fine.
There are some other features available also, but I haven’t tried them.
Sometimes the Xbutton App itself crashes when I am adjusting the settings of it. But it hasn’t caused any problems once it is set up.
Some people complained in the linked thread that after defining a button behavior (in particular long-press home), they couldn't set it back to default behavior. I think I saw that with long-press also. But I actually don't use the built-in behavior of long-press home myself (I have created a swype-pad action to pull up recent apps)
Thanks to the author of linked thread ( xperiacle ) who extracted this functional from Gravity Box and adapted it to work on Galaxy Note (and also GS4)
Has anyone been able to get advanced reboot menu in gravity box to work?
I have it activated, but get the standard reboot menu when long pressing power button.
Unlocked, rooted, running 7.1.
That feature only works on ROMs that use the standard default power off menu. The stock ROM for the V30 already uses LG's customizable poweroff menu so you can't mod it with Gravity. Their are a few other things that don't work on Gravity, some of which cause the phone to become very unstable. I believe their was a thread on it somewhere in the dev section.
