Hi i've recently acquired a Motorola E 2nd Gen phone from a friend but soon unfortunately found out it was network locked to koodo is their a way I could network unlock it myself?

Is my Page Plus Moto E First Gen eligible for any root or bootloader unlock? I have spent some time searching the forum but I could not find a decisive answer as to whether CDMA phones can be bootloader unlocked. Thanks in advance.
I Went through the process to get the phones ID and contacted motorola and they wont release the unlock code to me, what can i do now to be able to root my phone. Its a Moto E 2015 xt1526 surnia on the republic wireless network.

I've gotten a Motorola Moto E XT830C CDMA phone from USA.
Being in Europe, Ukraine, Kiev I've brought this phone today to a local operator and they told me that after fighting with it whole day, they give up and proclaim its impossible to flash to their carrier (Intertelecom) because it is locked to Tracfone.
I noticed that this device is in the official Motorola bootloader unlock list.
But I havent found a guide anywhere how to unlock from tracfone carrier?!

I'm trying to unlock my Moto E 2nd gen but when put information in Moto website it tells my phone is not eligible to unlock.
this section is for the moto e 1st generation, but, if in the motorola page dont give you the code to unlock it, the device surely is from an mobil phone carrier that dont allow to users to modify the system of their devices.
commonly that carriers are at&t, verizon, and others that i dont remember their name
