H-Vitamin is a permissive stock Kernel that has few features to run on any Marshmallow Note 4 Rom without any issues.
II. FEATURES
Basd on N910GDTU1DPB6 and fully compatible with N910G devices.

Wifi Setting Fix (Doesn't forget wifi passwords).
Screen mirroring / AllShare Cast fix
Init.d Support
Fixed ADB for MM
Fixed to support private mode
Added Busybox the latest version
Added CIFS support
No Wifi issues
No Camera issues

Technically yes, but this is a stock permissive.. other modded kernels are everywhere.
