Hi, is redmi3 Pro fingerprint scanner working only for lockscreen and MIUI supported apps or can be customized for custom actions on 3rd party apps? E.g. entering passwords and PINs anywhere.

I have a question about an app i'm looking for. At the moment i'm using CM Locker and i like the app very much because of the notifications on the lockscreen. Now CM Locker doesn't support the fingrprint sensor on the Z5C. My question: is there an app similar to the CM Locker with notifications on the lockscreen where fingerprint sensor of the Z5C is supported?

Why wouldn't you want to use the standard android lockscreen? It displays notifications just fine.

For third party apps accessing to fingerprint sensor we need to wait for marshmellow if i remember right

I want to use applocker to lock apps with my fingerprint, but it requires me to register fingerprints through settings. Settings does not allow me to register fingers, as it wants me to turn on the stock lock screen. However, I'm using a third party lock screen. Is it possible to bypass this requirement and use to fingerprint locking for just apps?
Im trying to use hi locker (a 3rd party lock screen) but if I want to use the fingerprint scanner, I have to have the system lockscreen enabled which means I have to unlock the phone twice everytime. Is there anyway to use the fingerprint scanner and disable the system lockscreen?
Is there a possible way to store my fingerprint in my phone, for apps that have that feature, without using it as a lockscreen?
I have a few apps, like Lastpass and my banking app, that allow use of a fingerprint instead of a password. These seem to be based on a fingerprint saved in my phone itself, the one that would be used for my lockscreen. When I turn off lockscreen the fingerprints are no longer an option. Is there a workaround for this? I am on a Sprint HTC 10.
Is it just me or does the FP not work for apps like Tez, Paytm. I have to draw pattern to unlock everytime. I've also checked the options under FP setting, still it doesn't work.
