Edit...Spotify not Snapchat!
I'm coming from the Nexus 5x and when I would play music through Bluetooth, my car stereo would display what the title and artist is and now it just says no info. What would the difference be in this phone vs the Nexus 5x?

I often listen to spotify with my note 4 hooked up to a bluetooth speaker, and I am considering buying the gear S. I understand from other threads on here that the gear S can control spotify; but I would like to know when my gear S is hooked up to my phone via bluetooth; is it still possible to hook up to a bluetooth speaker?
Thank you .

Yes, works flawlessly. I use bluetooth headphones to listen to Spotify and I control it from my watch.
Many thanks.

Hey guys,
I'm wondering if anyone has tried to "Throw" function which is mirror casting, and once paired you don't get any sound in the output. I tried this with the Amazon fire stick.
My wife has a nexus 7 2013 with Lollypop, and we have cast of movies off to the chromecast with no problem.
Also I once tried to mirrorcast of the chromecast and it wouldn't pick it up, but the YouTube app would.

I haven't retry it, I'm on a new hotel and let you know.
Back at home I use the function directly to my panasonic TV which has Cast capabilities and worked great.
Why do process monitors on the Nexus 9 only show themselves in the active process list? I am trying to figure out which app is slowing my tablet down and not being able to see other processes makes this rather difficult...

I believe you need root to see other processes since Android 5.
Viewing processes on my Nexus 6P works fine and it is not rooted.

I was referring to Nexus 6P running the Android N preview . I do not notice this problem with Marshmallow on Nexus 6.
Other utilities (like radio settings) became unviewable without root after Android 5.
I'm struggling with this, I can't get the Gear Fit to synch with Samsung Gear app on the tablet.
I've downloaded the Gear app, Gear fit2 plugin, and updated the Samsung Accessory Service
It still doesn't find the Gear Fit 2
The Nexus 7 is running Android 5.0
Any ideas what I can do?
Btw it works on my Samsung s7 edge and LG G3 without issue
Also, any way to get the 's Health app on the tablet?

Might be because it doesn't have 1.5gb ram

Hi
I was in the same boat as you and this post solved it beautifully
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gea...ar-manager-t3430292/post69613002#post69613002
essentially you need to change to rules files that determine which devices are compatible with the app
the only other thing I did is changing tabletsupport="false" to true
The app keeps crashing and it is not able to get any data from a Gear Fit 2.
Testing on a Nexus 6P with N preview 4 (latest S Health version)
Same here. It´s not working (Nexus 6p, preview 4).
I'd like to know if it's a issue from samsung (app) or Google (android version)?
Its working now!!
