Here Is The Flash Process:
Download This ROM
Copy it to Your SDcard (Not any Folder)
Go to recovery mood
Wipe data/factory Reset
Wipe cache Partition
Advance/ Wipe Dalvik Cache
Advance/Wipe Battery Stat
Mount & Storage/ Format Data
Mount & Storage/ Format System
Mount & Storage/ Format Cache
Now Go Back
Install Zip From SDcard
Choose Zip From SD Card
Now Select your Custom ROM which You want to Flash
Then Wait Untill the Installation Finished
Then Reboot Your Phone
Done
First Boot Will Take 5- Minutes. Dont Be Afrait

How to Install Decent ROM
1- Download Decent ROM from the link below.
2- Place Decent ROM on to your internal storage or on to your USB if you are using an OTG cable
3- Place custom kernel on to your internal storage or on to your USB if you are using an OTG cable
4- Now Reboot Into TWRP Recovery.
5- Wipe cache, Dalvik Cache, System and Data (don't worry this will not wipe your internal storage if you did not choose internal storage)
6- Flash Decent ROM
7- Flash add-on (if any)
8- Flash kernel
9- Then reboot & enjoy Decent ROM
