flash your stock rom using ODIN
You have to flash stock firmware using odin...
You need
1. phone Usb drivers.
2. Firmware file tar.md5
3. Ops

hello
i use a samsung galaxy pocket but there is a problem when i turn off my phone , it displays "on key 7s reset " i don't know what's it means.
so i wanted install the stock roms agon called xxfl5 but i am already on xxfl5 firmware and when i try to install with odin it doesn't work it's too low , i don'tunderstand

Yes, you should put your phone in the Download Mode to flash stock rom using odin. Here is the link on how to install stock rom using odin along with all firmwares and drivers (check the "Getting Prepared" section),
