When i run Smart Phone Flash Tool for my phone htc desire 310 and i press download agent and go DA_SWSEC.bin I get an error
BROM ERROR : S_FTHND_FILE_LOAD_FAIL (5008)
I don't know what the problem is can you please tell me i need help urgently

i get an oppo find x CPH1875
he start only to ColorOS Recovery or i can put him to edl mode.
i have QFIL.EXE flasher but when i download firmware i get *.ofp file...
i dont know how to convert and put good file to QFIL.EXE flasher ....

Such error occur because latest smartphone possess USB protection, so first bypass USB authentication depending on the chip platform you re using for eg. Mtk auth bypass tool v7.8.0.5 works better..then proceeded with sp flash tool without disconnecting phone from pc
