First, I think that´s not the right thread for this.
Don't know how you got that weird logo. Anyway, just flash another one, here's a thread full of different bootlogos : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3006699.
If your file is corrupted in some way that should fix it.

In the worst case, there is no bootlogo until the phone starting to bootanimation. Otherwise its safe to use.
Also, this is bootlogo not bootanimation. That means everyone can use it with unlocked bootloader.
Good Old Note 4 got it too
