Nothing new about this I guess... is there any compatible stock rom for this device?
there are roms like miui 8, Touchwiz,etc. which are made for mt6735 devices.
pls cant any one port that roms?!

Hey friends i have successfully ported a rom based on racer rom on my Karbonn A1 or Zte N721 or Zte Racer all have same specifications .the base ROM is racers ROM based on CM 7 . If i flashed it as it is it does not boot earlier. Then i used android kitchen porting tool . Now the rom the booting on my device but the issue is that My WiFi, Bluetooth and No service with sim. Idnt understand whats the problem is i guess it is dude to drivers but i dnt know how to change them.I need suggestions so that i can start working further .

I am litle bit confused
I find a AOSP 5.1 rom for Lenovo Tab 2 A8-50LC
My question is: Will it work if i flash it on 50F?
They are same device, same specs, only chipset is different. 50LC is running MT8735 and 50F is running MT8161. Only thing they are not same is that 50F is Wi-Fi only, no sim card.
I saw a thread about porting roms to MTK devices but i am not sure if it works with this chipsets. Should i try to flash that rom or port it by swaping files from stock to aosp rom like in thread? Help is greatfull, thanks :fingers-crossed:

EDIT:Guys i did a litle research about this thing and all i see here what is needed is rom porting.
How do i port rom in situation like this? It have almost same specs, only chipset is different.

Hello guys,
Need help for a custom rom compatible with my device. It runs on MediaTek's MT6580, i already flash TWRP v3.0.2 but have not rooted it yet since I need to flash a custom rom, my reason is to remove bloatware and solve my flickering screen. I understand that i by running on custom rom, I would be able to stop my screens from flickering. I would like to install CM13.1 or Lineage OS but I want to ask some experts here first if there's much better ROM that I can use from your recommendations.

Another inquiry regarding porting custom rom, I found some roms dedicated for MT MK6850 devices i flashed it directly to my phone (stock rom) but I get an error 7, my question is do I need to port it to my device? If so, I understand that you need a custom rom compatible for my device as Base and the custom rom I want as port, how to do it if i am from a stock rom?

Hi guys I'm new in this forum, actually i need a help,
So i was bored with stock android of my xolo era 1x pro so wanted to flash a custom rom in that, I didn't able to find any rom for my device but found some rom for xolo era 4g/X it has almost identical specs of my phone so i backed up my stock rom flashed miui 8 rom which was there for xolo era x it booted fine but i faced many issues
1.audio was not working
2.wifi was not working
3.bluetooth was not working (
4.camera was not working
5.volume buttons were not working
6.most importantly it was stuck into safe mode i tried all methods but i could not able to quit safe mode
Now my question is is there is anyway to fix those and port it properly on my device,i have seen many different tutorial for porting rom on spreadrum phones but im bit of confused i need some help

Hi everyone,
I need a custom rom for Acer Iconia A210 tablet. It has 4.1 and there is nothing I can install in it.
I tried a lot of links out there and all are dead now.
Does anyone has Lollipop or Marshmallow Custom ROMs to share please?
Don't think it exists a Custom ROM what is suitable to the low-end device like the mentioned one.
