hey guys i think i accidentally bricked my phone
at first it was just the blue screen for a few seconds then a black screen
then after trying to get into recovery mode and doing a reset i got the demigod green screen.
i wasnt near a comp at the time so i let it die out.
now today ive been trying to get into download mode.
i get the disabled by killswitch message
logged into my mcafee account. my phone wasnt locked
tried to do a reset from their site and nothing
so i removed the phone from the account and tried to get back into download mode
same kill switch message
anyone know how to fix?
I can remove the killswitch - no guarantee on the rest of the stuff. But I own and operate a business doing these services, so there would be a charge

I have just tried to disable half the bloat wear on my galaxy s, and i must have frozen something that i shouldn't have and now my screen isnt working properly. I have the top status bar with the service bars and the battery meter and when the phones screen lock is on it all looks normal but when i unlock the phione the whole screen goes black and only the status bar is able to be seen. I cant access the menu or any apps at all. I have tried to get into download mode to add different firmware but i cant get into download mode or recovery mode in any of the ways that i have researched. I can still recieve emails and texts and voicemail but i cant reply as i keep getting this error every time i try to do anything: Andriod.Process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Does anybody have any idea how i might be able to fix this problem. I have tried to connect to andriod explorer but it wont recognize my phone the same thing with Kies. If anybody has any ideas as to how i might be able to fix this that would be greatly appreciated.
Is there no reboot button holding sequence that will enable you to enter recovery?
Swyped from HTC Desire S using XDA Premium
I was able to get into recovery mode a couple of times yesterday but now i cant seem to get into recovery for some reason. i have tried all to combos that i can around but cant seem to get into recovery mode at all my phone just keeps turning itself of instead. I could just be doing it work but i have no idea anymore.
So, this is my problem.
I turned on TalkBack on my Samsung Galaxy S3 then locked the screen and now I can't unlock my phone to turn it back off. It just continues to read everything from locked screen. My SIM card is locked and it tells me there is no service. I pulled out battery several times but it boots and won't let me go any further than locked screen and TalkBack starts reading everything out loud again. Please help me fix it
Update: I successfully unlocked SIM card but it won't let me go any further than locked screen again.
P.S. Excuse me if I misspell anything, english is not my mother language.
Second Update: I've noticed "Safe Mode" sign in lower left corner. Does it mean anything?
Third Update: I figuered out I need to slide two fingers at the same time to unlock it and move around so I managed to ge to settings and turn off talkback
happened to me as well
I noticed the "Safe Mode" as well.
Happened to me in the airport after I let some old lady call someone in a language I couldn't understand, so I had couple of theories, including the NSA controlling my phone...
Every time I restarted, I had seconds to use the touch screen! that's it.
phone being protected by a pin, meant I couldn't really do anything, but keep restarting.
There was a logo on the top left tray (running apps) that I didn't recognize, which disappeared after a second.
It took at least an hour for it to go back, many restarts, battery out & in, and any trick/buttons combinations that I know in the GS3.
Not sure what really solved it in the end...if it happen again, I am going back to square one.
I really needed to use the internet, but at least, this passed the time until the delayed flight finally came...
happened again. Airport again
Anyone has any idea?
Im sorry if theres already a thread for this but everywhere i look i cant find anything relating to my specific situation with my phone. I rooted my android using motofail and everything went great and i started deleting bloatware and screwed up and deleted whatever it is that allowed m to view my text messages and contact information so i download go sms pro and fixed my texting problem with that app but i could not solve my contacts problem. I looked around and decided id try an sbf but i couldnt get any of them to work and everytime i downloaded the motorola drivers for my phone an error screen popped up saying that i was missing solana drivers or something of the sort. So I game up and went to sleep the next day i woke up and went to use my phone and it wouldnt turn on so i figured it was dead. I plugged it in and waited for it to charge and after about half an hour it turned itself on but it only got to the screen where it says droid and then it would shut off and its been stuck in bootloop ever since. I tried to access the boot menu holding Power + M but thats not working either it just keeps botting up and shutting down. It does not ever register on my computer when i plug into the usb and it previously did. How do I solve this?
I have a motorola droid 3 XT862 version 5.7.906 please help me

Mine is in a loop with boot up its a$ยง lol I'm stuck.
I can't get my phone to reboot. It keeps cycling through the blue TracPhone start up screen. I've read through posts on how to start it up into safe mode, and I've tried these methods and nothing is working. I need some help as I can not afford to get a phone card for my other phone( it's WiFi powered at the moment, lol) and I need the LG to function to keep in contact. An error window kept popping up before this started and I tried resetting the phone, only to get the blue screen of death. I'd there anyone that could please help me?
Hi, I was using my LG G5 while plugged in, all of a sudden it acts weird, app crashes, lags and a few part of the screen goes black for a short moment. It then shuts down and restart itself, but stuck on some sort of a bootloop (it passes the logo screen but then the LCD goes black and keeps turning itself on and off repeatedly with nothing in it, also the LED light is showing blue)
I took off the battery, put it back in, and turned it on. But it ended up the same. So then I went to the system recovery menu. The recovery menu works just fine. However I've tried using its safe mode, wipe cache, factory data reset, continue power up, and none of them seems to work. It just stuck on that bootloop.
Since I was getting desperate, I left the phone in the bootlooping state for awhile.. at some point it started normally and goes to the choose your language menu (because of the factory reset I guess). I was so relieved, until it restarts itself again.
I've tried replacing the battery with a new one, also doesn't work. There is no LG service center in my city, and I have no warranty whatsoever over this phone because I bought it online. I couldn't find anyone with the same problem.
Here's a video showing you the problem:

Help guys.. What should I do and how to fix this?
