[HELP] Messenger force closes itself - OnePlus X Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So today I just wanted to send an sms, but I can't use my default google messenger app, because it just force closes itself as soon as it's launched. I tired reinstalling it, clearing cache/data, but nothing seems to help. What should I do?

UPDATE: It only works with Play Store uninstalled. Wtf?

Reflashed gapps, seems like it's fixed

[Q] Market force closes

Not sure what I did but I cannot access the market anymore. Everytime I open the app it force closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ad have tried with several versions of the market new and old. I even tried to go through the original nook color root process with YouTube and Gmail but no go.
Any ideas?
What if I just run the AutoNooter SD again? Will that restore it without having to do the whole thing over?
Have you tried deleting the data for the Gmail, Youtube, and Market in Titanium Backup and then reregistering your Gmail address?
No. Let me give that a shot and see what happens.

Gmail crashing constantly

Ok I have read that Gmail is not a very stable app, and people often complain it crashes, but there's a limit!
I had it installed by default, then removed it after root, then decided to install it again as I needed to check my mail more often.
Every time, every damn time I do ANYTHING, Gmail crashes. You probably know the usual message "com.google.android.gm stopped unexpectedly", I get it when I boot the phone, when I enable data, when I disable data, when I open the browser, when I close the browser, when I enable google account sync, when I disable it, and of course when I try and open Gmail. The fact is, the process crashes even when I don't use Gmail (I checked and it's not in the 'being used' processes list, but when I open the browser or enable data it crashes from nowhere).
I have already tried wiping cache and data, uninstalling updates (but for some reason it uninstalls the whole app), and uninstalling/reinstalling it several times, but I only managed to make it work ONCE (then after that unique mail sent, crashes again). Is there a way to stop this madness?
I have an Xperia Mini st15i with rooted 2.3.4 and stock stuff, if it can help.
Did you take a backup of the stock Gmail app before you removed it? Did you install that one and then updated or did you install directly from the market?
In addition, have you tried clearing the data of Google Services Framework? I read somewhere that clearing its data can help resolve issues in Google apps.
I don't have a backup of the stock one, I reinstalled directly from market =(. I'll try clearing that data then =)
Don't worry if you don't have the stock Gmail.apk. If clearing the services framework doesn't work, search Google for the stock Gmail.apk of your android version, install it, then convert it to system app and link it to the market using titanium backup and then update it. If you can't find it, contact me. Post how it goes.

I keep getting 'Unfortunately xxx-app has stopped' errors

Yesterday I rebooted my phone to recovery mode to perform a new nandroid backup. Everything was fine but after having booted my phone again, I get a lot of "Unfortunately xxx-app has stopped" errors. Most of the time the apps are Gmail and Google Play Services but sometimes also Google Play Store and the app just named Google. For now it has never been Calendar, Hangouts, Drive or other Google apps.
Apart from the never-ending errors I have to click away, everything seems to be fine. I get e-mail notifications, I can update my apps etc. The errors seems to appear when the phone is syncing. For example when a new e-mail is received or when I'm writing and sending an e-mail. Also when I'm updating my apps, the errors are appearing. If I put the phone into flight mode there are no errors.
Of course I've tried to reboot my phone. I've also deleted cache and data from different Google apps like Gmail, Google Play Store, Google Play Services and the Google app. I've tried to uninstall the updates from the same Google apps and update again. I've booted to recovery mode and deleted cache and dalvik cache.
On Monday evening just before I went to bed, I rebooted my phone and there were no problems, and from the reboot on Monday evening to the reboot and nandroid backup yesterday I didn't install or update any apps so I haven't changed anything on my phone. Even though I've removed all my newest apps just to be sure it isn't related to a new app or an updated app.
Now I din't have more ideas... Please help me!

Either u accidentally deleted a system app or something is stopping Google play service apps wakelock Icing.
Is only google play app r crashing?

Unfortunately app stopped working. Tried all the instructions.

Hello,
Xperia M5
Android 6.0
Rooted
No users apps running in the background. Ram is free. Storage memories are abundant.
But I am getting Unfortunately xxxxx has stopped for specific apps only.
Phone Dialer. When I try to pull out number pad for dialing, it crashes. . I have to save the number through 'Contacts' first, then dial. The 'Contacts' app itself works. I can browse through saved contacts and dial them. But when I try to bring the Dialler it gives me the error message. 'Unfortunately the contact has stoped'.
Messages (sms app)
Firefox
Naked Browser
Maxthon
Opera
Certain banking apps.
These crash when I try to run them. I have tried force stop, clear cache, clear Data, uninstall, reinstall. Nothing works.
They did not stop working all at once.
First the Phone Dialer started doing this. Other apps were working. Then after 3 months sms 'Messages' system app started crashing. Then slowly after 2 month one by one the others above mentioned apps started crashing.
Games, Audio, music, playstore, youtube, file browser, albums, camera, all these things are still working without errors.
I believe there is a specific reason for this, that you experts might know a solution to.
Please let me know.
Thank you.
Anyone has got the solution?
Now the Gmail app, and create account window that appears when i want to add a google account also crashes. I mean vanishes within fraction of second.
