Just got my redmi note3 sd from china last week. yesterday the screen touch became malfunction. it touches automatic any where on the screen.
tried to flash all the rom. stock, cm13... and official unlocked bootloader. sometimes it fiexd but after few minutes the problem came back.
please someone share the though and idea how to fix this. thank you too too much

Are you use tempered glass? Try clean a screen with wet wipes.

removed the tempered glass. can cleaned the screen. the same problem. it presses the screen itself.

Sorry for the picture i taken if its not clear. the phone uses multitouch itsself. ..someone could help me to know if its a hardware issue or software issue? i placed the phone in the freezer for almost 5 min. and dried it. the function of touchscreen back to normal only for few minutes ,and it became malfunction again!

I try but nothing working, I change rom and problem not solve. I open dispute on paypal and tomorrow send phone to Gearbest

He has the show touch position turned on in dev options... I had this problem with most phones but usually is water on touch and just wipe it off but his seems to be something else....

Same here. HTC have been really fast with updates.
Yeah, shame they havent fixed the touch screen issue, i thought it would of been fixed with the ota. I got the camera update first thing this morning after flashing the ruu 1.17.401.1, for some reason i wasnt getting the ota.
Wondering if it fixes our camera problems...

Seems it isn't the new Camera app, can you please check if you have new Camera.apk or com.android.camera.apk in /data/app?
Not sure if its fault of updated camera app but today during I recorded short video my phone really got hot at the top of screen :/ Noticed it when someone called to me and I putted my phone near chick. I didn't notice any overheat issue so far (do not play games) that's why its weird to me :/ Anyone else?

Did some more testing... Noticed that upper part of screen gets really hot/warm when u recording video during data network is on. Not sure how it was before update the camera. If someone could test... Just turn on data and start recording (leave it for a while...) 5-6 mins. Than check upper part of screen with finger tip/chick... Its definitelly to warm! But not sure if its update fault or it was like that before.

Just tested it with 4g and the flash on. Recorded for over 5 minutes and the phone didn't get too warm at all. Checked with an app and it said it got up to 105° F which isn't that bad at all.
Edit: that's with battery saver mode on, which I only have lowering CPU.

Z2 has had some manufacturing issues, Sony Service Centre should replace or fix this as its a fault from sony

Planning to visit Sony service centre today.
Have been quite happy with the phone otherwise so far.

Its not even a heat area... at least on Z this type of issue were near the camera where the heat generates... but the Z2 can lift its back random... just, priceless.

So I noticed that when I try to take a picture I notice it lags for the screen to come on. I click on the camera tab and the screen is blank at least for a good couple of seconds. Just wondering if anyone has the same problem. Thanks in advance...

Camera is working fine here.
Maybe try to restore your TA Backup. It solves camera iasues espcially when youve unlocked your bootloader

I have a GPE and must say that the only shortcoming of this phone is the camera. It has a bluish tint to everything and even resolution, which on paper is better, seems to be worse than the Nexus 5 I used previously.

On my Z Ultra GPE I started having camera problems like this after 4.4.3 update. Front camera still works correctly. But back camera just hangs and doesn't take photo.

Right who keeps getting this every few hours then on some occasions the watch decides to restart after syncing? and also when you tilt your wrist to activate watch face do you get the ambient mode briefly before you get fully lit display? Really annoying now so im going to do a reset to see if it fixes the problem

I got this screen different times the first day I received the MM update opening the apps... I think it was because of new permissions policy.. You can go from your watch into settings->permissions and allow all for all apps so this screen won't show up anymore

Do you have Facer installed? That looks like the Facer sync screen. If it is then that's your problem. It doesn't work well with the 360 v2 for whatever reason.

Install the latest version and go to Settings > Apps > Music > Force stop, then go to Storage > Clear cache, and Clear Data. Voila Dark mode
Is there any way to get the app to display tracks in the same album under their assigned album order? For me it always displays tracks alphabetically even though I've written their proper order in their ID3 tag.
