I did a experiment and i succeed
I flashed the russian firmware on ksa (saudi arabia) a510fd
And i suceeded
I was on latest 5.1.1 by samsung released on june for ksa
I use the same old classical process of flash via odin
And the last step put unlock oem to ON

Well if its the middle east model then your are good to go ...

Camera wifi sound call Bluetooth etc
So just flash through odin? And nothing else? What r ur hopes that will work on an indian a510fd?

As far as my knowledge Indian model have different networks band so i think u need a different rom.
In middle east a510fd is same as a510f

Yes it is.
I'am from Belgium and install the russian rom with Odin. No issues, everything works great.
The only change I noticed is the notifications (lighter in the lockscreen) and the color changed in the notification pannel
I will post screenshots.

Thanks! It appears that only South Asia languages are included besides English. I guess I'll have to wait for the Arabic KitKat versions which are "international" and include European languages.

The update supposed to have stability as it was mentioned in change log but like the old days samsung did not give us what we wanted they just changed the build number and kernal nothing more...

Note:I wont be responsible if your Device got bricked
1.Download France Firmware from this link http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/confirm/46564/G850FXXU2COD4_G850FOXACOD4_XEF/ (to download you need to create an account which is free)
2.Extract (unzip) the firmware file
3.Download Odin v3.10.6 from this link https://mega.co.nz/#!epshkJAa!y7pFS5-9RVhp4vDxTRAQARAwkjyQAB_9mDZWfXkLqko
4.Extract Odin ZIP file
5.Open Odin v.3.10.6
6.Go to your phone Setting/Delevopers option tick Usb debugging Mode(if u didnt find Developers option go to Setting/about device then press build number multiple times and the Developers option will be enable
7.Power Off your phone for about 30 second then Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons) next press the volume up button then connect your device to your pc and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
8.Add the firmware file to AP / PDA(Odin might not responding for a few sec.Just wait a moment then it will work )
9.IMPORTANT:Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
10.Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes
That's all guys hopefully this will help you guys get lollipop running on our beloved Alpha>.!!!!!!!!!

i look in my xef rom and i see in system etc enforceskippingpackages.txt
in it :

so i think with good csc file and remove this file wificalling may work

the only way is to port a rom with it lot of missing file in J7 6 rom
i look on J7 Prime 2016 rom and i see lot of Multiwindows smali is present same for edge

Flashing rom using Odin will not trip KNOX, so Samsung Pay and all other stuff will work after flash!
