Is this ROM specifically built for the 1gb variant or the 2gb variant ? because that can affect its performance a lot.

it is built for redmi 2 only not for prime

Welll AFAIK this rom is for both variant R2 & R2P coz the sources are same and the performance u r talking about for tht u can use custom kernel

No bro @broken.guy my device is R2P prime one and i tested your roms and they r working only difference is between internal storage and ram kernel-source,vendor and device tree r same btw in AOSP rom can u use JERRICA kernel source which is based on MIUI source and CM based rom with kumajaya kernel? It would be great
