My IMEI was lost, i flashed the stock rom and everything was good, but the phone become slow.. i did factory reset, but now when i turn on the phone after start up it hang on setting and not responding...

You don't have original Note 3, thereby we can not provide help for you. Real note 3 firmwares will not work on your phone. It is unlikely, that whoever made that clone phone will give you firmware updates, but who knows.
