Note:
This works on Smasung SM-C5000 build C5000ZCU1APF5, but might work on other versions of Android.Root Guide:
-Download Samsung SM-C5000 Root Files, attached below in this post.
-Install CROM Service APK to unlock crom lock in download mode.
-Disable locks ( FRP lock, OEM lock ). Different versions have different names and locations for these locks.
-Reboot into download mode.
-Make sure CROM Service is unlocked and FRP lock is off.
-Using Odin, root using one of the root files included, they might work on different versions of Android.
-Reboot.
-Reboot into download mode.
-Flash TWRP Recovery.
-Reboot.
-Reboot into TWRP custom recovery.
-Wipe system partition and dalvik cache.
-Reboot into download mode.
-Install new ROM.
-Reboot.
-Disable locks again.
-Reboot into download mode.
-Root again.
-Reboot.
-Reboot into download mode.
-Flash TWRP custom recovery.

I bought a Galaxy c 5 From China ( SMC-5000) !
The operating system has limitations and Chinese version of Android ! Can I update it to the European Version ?
I mean I am facing problems to download Google play store and many many apps ! I cant find it in the Galaxy store they have and it dose not allow me !
Can you tell me what is the solution to this ? Should i Flash it ? I am new please tell me what to do to Install the latest version of Android in this Chinese options are eliminated completely ! I mean a brand new Operating system based on Europe !

. Only way is to ROM your phone, but since C-5000 is not international then it's hard to find a custom ROM for it.
All I could do for now is to root it, install Titanium Backup, freeze/uninstall as much crap as possible.

hello guys I have a huge problem .. last night I downloaded from SamMobile firmware download lollipop went well I flash the firmware with Odin without errors but then when you restart the galaxy hangs. It crashes immediately after the bootloader screen. does not transmit even the boot animation ... what could have happened? I did a hard reset I installed several times but the firmware is not working. .

Wipe data/factory reset in the recovery and flash the firmware... or try it at another pc
Or download a new firmware

Seems to be OK, battery is slightly worse than Eudemony v3 + bonuzzz kernel (but that's just perfect combo, u can't outdo that )
Rooted with the same Chainfire for 4.4.4 and tested that it works.
Wish I can get back the Slide status bar to adjust brightness feature from Xposed cause it's really annoying without it.
Also found some weird bug when I have my handsfree connected, it spams the default message to switch on the wired headsets under "Voice" menu, I disabled enhanced Google Voice keyboard input prediction or wtv the hell it is that I don't use anyways and it's OK for now. If I encounter it again, I'll prolly go back to KitKat cause listening to that dumb message on repeat is not fun.
Can't wait for a modded one.

It will remove root and TWRP.
You will need to root again using Chainfire ROOT, then you can install the TWRP app and will allow an easy installation.

Hi my friend, good SG means that it was made on the stock 28 singapore. I put the method of firmware or the method with Kingo Root because some people have preference to return to KK, install root, install the recovery, and then flashing the pre root with the recovery and and soon after flashing my rom debloated. you doing root via kingo root is easier and less labor intensive because you will flashing the 28 stock and you will be able to root with the root kingo the LP 28 and besides having the root will be able to install recovery and then will be able to flash my rom.

No..I have not get any userdata changed after flashing with odin.

Found solution for Security Notice Problem after root.
Download any "system app remover"
Open it and scroll down till you see " security log agent"
Long click on it
Click on "disable" or else unistall it.
Now am Having my Samsung Galaxy grand Prime 4G SM-G531F is fully rooted and working fine.
I got rid of sd card security permission problem by,

Hi, not sure but I think after change a rom its always better to perform a wipe. And start install all over again.

But I am a noob so i would just like to know is there anyway to verify if the download is working and is there no MD5 and SHA Checksum Utility code for it like there is for a custom rom? And one last question what is the difference between XFE and XFA? I know XFV is Vodacom.

Hi,
Not sure the difference between XFA & XFE; there really was none that I could see. I have installed both those versions before, as well as United Emirates, Russian, Iraq etc. versions , and they all worked on the South African network (Vodacom). Some just have extra user apps, and newer modems for the phone eg. L1, L2, PB2...

Did you flash v3 as in the OP? There was an issue a while back with an older 2.8.7 that did that, but it was fixed a while ago.

Hello guys, so im stucked on bootlogo(bootlooped) where i've just flashed the xposed-v72-sdk22-arm.zip and when i started to reboot my phone, it suddenly happened. Hoping that someone could help me out with this. and btw, if ever i wanted to flash for another stock firmware which i am at, do i still need to delete my system,data,cache something like that before flashing the new firmware? Thanks and more power xda developers.! *cheers*
i thought this, too. right after plashing xposed, but the first bootup just needed 10-15min.. weird

Don't worry, I have had that problem too many times too. It's very easy.
First of all, flash xposed Uninstaller file.
Next, it is possible you lost root in the process. Use chainfire root method to reroot the phone. Now flash twrp 3.0.0 to get a custom recovery. After that, download xposed framework v79. 1 (custom built by wanam for Samsung lollipop devices). Don't download any other version but v79. 1. I have noticed that my j500f only supports xposed v79.1 and it works fine. There is no need to flash the stock rom again. Just reroot and flash twrp. Then flash xposed v79. 1. Alternate way that I have flashed xposed is using Flashfire application. It works way too well. Give it a try. It's a beast of an application.

Hi Guys! I'm using A7100 2016 (Hongkong Version) China Version do the same way . My device updated to android Marshmallow by Odin.You just follow this post CLICK .That will be helpful for you how to update to Marshmallow.
So now i'm showing to you.How to root,setup Recovery and ofcourse flash Gapps ( Chplay,Gmail,Google Voice....)
○ Step 1: All of the file you need to dowload:
►Download Odin : [URL="https://www.fshare.vn/file/9WGASTFHTE8O"]CLICK[/URL] Then extra it.
►Download Samsung Driver : CLICK then setup for your computer.
► Recovery TWRP CLICK
►All of the file bellow here.You going to dowload then copy to device storage:
• Crom Service + Unlock CLICK.
• Super SU CLICK + Gapps is Correct for your device A7100 Version. Make sure Just CLICK HERE to download
○ Step 2:Root and setup Recovery TWRP using PC.
1. Power on you device go to Settings ► Developer options then open on.
Go to Storage and install CROM_Serviceunlook for unlook CROM If you have Login Samsung account please remove it also.
2. Open Odin on your PC and make sure you have been install Samsung Driver.
•Setup Recovery TWRP by download mode.Turn off your device then press and holding Volume Down + Home + Power Key

• After your device restart you turn off you device and go to Recovery by press and holding Volume Up + Home + Power Key.
You choose Install ,find Super SU and Swipe to confrim Flash.Ok now Reboot System.
Important : If your device show out "Install Super SU?" you need to choose "Do Not Install".
• Now Power off your device and go to Recovery again then Flash Gapps.
Reboot your Device.
Note :go to application manager and set full permissions for Google Play Store and Google Playe Services.If you don't your device will be show out a pop up "Google Playe Services has been stoped"
DONE!

You see the screenshot .Affter click You need to wait 30 seconds then the file will be download automatically.
I recently bought a7100 phone, it is running anroid 5.1
I would like to upgrade to version 6.0.1 of you.
Let me know that battery life on Android 6 is better than Android 5 ?

Yes bro,Everything is good when Marshmallow is running.
kindly check that,I have guide step by step as you wanna to know above
1.Setup android 6.0.1
2. Root and install REC.
3.Flash Gapps/All of the packages included (Ch play,Google service..)
Done!

After follow this steps, i get some problem.
- I can't send text but people can send to me. I try another app messenger. It still error.
- After root, this phone can't use the code like *#. To check imei, services, etc...
Do you have some idea for this?
My phone upgrade to 6.0.1 when my brother click update ota.

There is a Language switch that allows you to use English.
