Background Information:
I was reading on Sammobile this morning about issue with S6 sometimes loosing it's notification toggles. I thought I was the only one facing this issue as I have a S6 Port on my Note 3 few weeks ago.
http://www.sammobile.com/2015/06/15...ng-from-the-galaxy-s6-and-the-galaxy-s6-edge/
I started looking around into the SecSettings smali files and I noticed a lot has changed on S6 SecSettings compared with other Samsung phone model. There use to be a smali file on the original Note 3 SecSettings where you can add some toggles but that is now missing on S6.
I started looking into Settings.db and I noticed one of the system parameter is missing. I added the parameter using sqllite editor and added some toggles as I want. I also updated the toggle list on the other two parameters and like magic, everything has been working fine since then.
What you will need:
1. A rooted s6 / S6 Edge. Also works for other S6 Ports.
2. SqlLite Editor. I used the paid version. I am not sure if the free version can do the same task. There should also be other free DB editor application that could do the same task.
Steps:
1. Install SqlLite Editor: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.speedsoftware.sqleditor&hl=en
2. Open the app and look for "Setting Storage" entry
3. Select "Setting Storage" and then select settings.db
4. Next select "system". This is the last item on the list
5. Tap on the search icon and search for "notification" and select "OK"
6. Tap on the Plus sign "+" to add new parameter
7. Under name, type the following: "notification_panel_default_active_app_list"
8. In the Value filed, type all the toggle you want in there. I usually do a copy and past from a text file to avoid any mistake
9. Hit the same button
10. Select "notification_panel_active_app_list" and paste / type the same value as 8 above and save.
11. You could do the same for "notification_panel_default_active_app_list_for_rest"
Additionally, you could increase the number of scroll-able toggles from 10 to any value you want. I usually have it at 20. The parameter you need is the "notification_panel_active_number_of_apps"
You can also add SFinder and QuickConnect to the toggle list and you can then get rid of those two in the drop down to have more space in the notofication area.
I have provided a list of the toggle I commonly use as a text. Please note that some toggles might not be relevant to the rom you're using and might not work of do anything when toggled. E.g. Don't expect touch to work if it hasn't been implemented in your rom version etc.
You can never loose any toggle again and you can more as needed.......

I am stuck already as I don't have that entry.
I understand that in Italian it is probably named differently, but even looking at the icon used in your screenshot I can't find it.
Wtf...

It might not be called the same name but there is no phone without a setting database. Do this:
Open sqllite editor and go to the "files" tab. Then navigate to /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases and select the "settings.db". Just like in the attachment.

I did everything, saved, rebooted and the changes do not apply.

Not works for me... Nothing change
EDIT: it works but you have to reboot after the change without opening the navbar
It's working, S6 Edge (925F) added back MobileData toggle. @oluwaponmile, nice find, thank you!!!
PS: used SQLite free version, "notification_panel_default_active_app_list" line is already there, just added "MobileData;" in values and a reboot after change, normally...
I have to correct my previous reply.
Every editing got applied but the value in notification_panel_active_number_of_apps which keeps staying at 7.
Could that be the reason for no success?

NO ROOT REQUIRED
Samsung released today an app to fix this problem. It's in Galaxy Apps and it's called "QuickPanel Restore". It restores all missing toggles.

i had this problem on my android 5.1 , after tried many way to fix , i found a new working way for my phone ,you must try this step :
1) STEP 1. Go to the Google page where it is showing to enter the login details. Â Shown in below fig.
STEP 2. Now you have to find that How can you go to the Phone Setting from the keyboard. First You try to go to the Keyboard Setting anyhow and from there to the Phone Setting. It is pretty simple.
NOTE: You can go to the keyboard setting from the Keyboard itself. You have to find that after pressing which key it will take you to Keyboard setting option. Like in my case (using Google keyboard) I can go to the Google Setting by holding the commas for some sec. Â So you have to find this yourself , Which key takes you to keyboard setting.
STEP 3. When you are at the Keyboard Setting. Chick on the three dot menu at the top to the right.
STEP 4. Go to About  and then to Open source Licences and copy any text there.
STEP 5. After copying text, there is Search bar option appears in the top to the right. Click on search bar.
STEP 6. Then it will show to Complete Action using. You will click on Chrome only.
STEP 7. In the search bar of Chrome, type SETTING and it also give suggestion of Phone Setting. Â Click on phone setting.
STEP 8. Account / choose exiting / enter email and password of any gmail account to sign in / just wait account to sync / just reboot the phone
STEP 9. ACCOUNT ADDED ( FRP BYPASSED)

You can get a patched version on the internet
Since the G6 Corners aren't the best, I have a "Fix" for it (ROOT NEEDED) [8.1.0]
Step 1: Get both Apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum&hl=de [Substratum] https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gaurav.curve&hl=de [Curve, a Theme for Corners on the Screen] Step 2: Open up Substratum, grant Root permissions, select the Theme Pack "Curve"
Step 3: Tap on "Default" and choose "Curve Strength 20dp" [https://i.imgur.com/ofhIm73.jpg]
Step 4: Tap now on the buttom right Bubble and select "Build & Enable" (your SystemUI will restart unlock your Phone and come back to Substratum if you aren't on it)
Step 5: Now Tap on "Curve Strength" and select now "Statusbar Spacing 8dp" [https://i.imgur.com/LGgmEcx.jpg]
Step 6: Repeat Step 4 now
Finished, you have now proper Corners, you can play around with the Options, but this is those I took and I'm happy with it
Enjoy your Corners
(There's a Method for Substratum to work without Root but since myself have root only know how to do it with Root. If anyone knows how to, write a guide and I'm gonna Edit the Thread)
Thank you for sharing,
sorry to rot your thread with my request, but are there applications that allow the same thing on rom stock?
because i dont like rom custom but I'd like to have nice rounded corners
There's a method on stock, but you need Root, install Cornerfly, buy (or crack) the Pro Version of it and put it on 22, the thing is: the corners appears on Screenshot, and they disappear on Videos. (Pay attention to put Cornerfly on 18:9
Step 1. First Download and install the latest software update available.
Step 2. Now Head onto settings of the phone.
Step 3. Now in the settings menu find and open Display and brightness.
Step 4. Under display and brightness , you will an option THIRD PARTY APP RATIO., There will we the list of apps which you can set to full scree.. Enjoy!.........
