sorry for typing error in the title "Why i CAN'T root my Phone?"
Have you enabled usb debug mode?
PS. Edit your 1st post and click "Go Advanced" to fix the typos in the title
Also, I've asked the mods to move this thread as it's a question, so should be in Q&A.

No - General is for general discussion. Q&A is for questions and answers.

It looks like the problem is the line "Cannot start C:\folders...\zergRush". A bit of reading suggest that your AV may be deleting that. Try it with your AV turned off and see if it helps.
In some tutorials i found that you have to set the screen "timeout" to 10 minutes or longer.
- put a checkmark in "unknown sources" and "usb debugging mode"
I hope this helps. Also check if you phone is 100% rootable(perhaps you have upgraded something etc..)

By "AV", he meant the AntiVirus software.
Disable it for now and see if you can progress any further

There wud be a button called 'change usb connection mode' click that

No. You must wait 72 hours from the moment you received the unlock authorization.
To fix "device not bounded" you must enable the developer options first, then go to:
Settings > Additional settings > Developer Options > Mi Unlock Status > Add account and device

dude first it is been 72 hours since I got the permission
and second I already tried bounding my device and it says your account bounded but in the mi unlock tool it says your account is not bounded
