This is unofficial build of OmniROM I decided to share with community.
Installation:
Copy ZIP to SDCARD
Flash boot from ZIP using fastboot
Enter recovery (HOME button when notif LED is on and logo is displayed
Do Wipe / Hard Reset
Install ZIP and GApps
Download:

GApps Download
Notice: This is very minimal gapps, contains only needed apps and libs to work with Google Account and Play Store.

This is modified open gapps arm64 package with fix for SetupWizard FC on startup.
@MastahF is working on it and the next open gapps build will probably resolve this issue.
