Ì recently bought a Koalapad a701 with an allwinner a13 and
Android 4.04 on it and now I would like to root it is there any
possibility to do this ?
Or is there any Cyanogenmod for this Device ?

Few weeks ago I got a 9.7 inch tablet what is looks like E-ceros revolution tablet but not real one... (China copy without any description on the back lid).
It was very laggy so I decided to write tweaked rooted firmware for E-ceros revolution tablet. All specs where the same:
RK3188 CPU 1,6GHZ; Mali 400 GPU; 9.7 inch... All details(book photos and other) attached...
After I flashed the firmware("Ceros Revolution CT9716 Android 4.4.2 KitKat custom root firmware" or after failure the Q9white_update_FT5406_20130806.img) using RKAndoidtool 1.7. I figured out that forgot to make the backup of entire device, when tablet rebooted I see black screen(with back light) and computer show as usb device connected... But no image on screen...
Complete disaster it is a new tablet, never used and bricked...
I found that after firmware flash using adb shell I get root mode but not for long(for about 2 min., later tablet getting disconnected by it self) and after reboot no more root mode... Need reflash again...
In root mode I succeeded to get some logs(adb dmesg) and data about the tablet. (see .txt file attached)
Can anyone help me in such situation? I can donate some money if succeeded...
P.S: To make sure that it is rk3188 device I opened tablet and checked the chip on board...

I have a firmware for a tablet like yours (i dont know if its a Revolution clone - Memup Elite 9716). Maybe you will be able to try the firmware at least.
I can't upload it now, but I'll probably tomorrow.

I'll be very thankful and can donate some money if it fits... Already tried about 7 different kernels and firmwares from similar tablets... No luck.... May be yours one works...

I flashed a "OMA" ROM on it (4.4.2 I think), and I have the original rom at home and I guess I can (slowly!) upload it on a server.
Is it the same as yours ? - no money needed, lol . But if I can help you recover this tablet it would be great.

I think that your tablet isn't bricked, as it's detected by your computer.

I'm new here, That being said I am at a stand still. I have a Mlais M9 rooted good to go!, Takee 1 on the way (4.2 Easy root job) and my main phone is an Mstar M1 Pro (Crazy awesome phone for $130) Problem is nothing seems to root the thing (iRoot, Kingroot, Kingo Root, Framroot +). I'm not looking to flash custom roms or other advanced stuff, I just want root access for some fun gaming and apps. I saw one other thread on here, that no one ever responded to... Poor guy. If any other person on earth has bought this phone, and by chance rooted it your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Sorry, can't help with that , but can you tell me about your mstar? I have only just started to notice ads for it - looks nice and specs great too (if genuine , and mediatek owns mstar, so would like to think they are and that 5.0 works properly) .
Can't find any genuine hands-on reviews , only cut and paste jobs from people regurgitating the specs sheet (and other people's cut and pastes ! ) So , any good , do you think ?
P.s. How many phones ?!

Hi,
I have the same phone, great and fast device but i'm also not able to root it.
I found this,
"MStar S700, M1, M1pro, MLais M4note, M7 also root by the same method.
that is SuperSU2.49.zip through Carliv recovery.
I have S700 and M1 pro, Use all method from M4note that you can found in needrom.com (Special for only M1-M1pro, we can push custom recovery in fastboot mode)"

But nobody trying to root this one and even more ! mods it !.. uhuhuh ;(
Why nobody try this out, because the cpu model is so new ? ( Mtk 6752 octa core 1.7 Ghz, faster than the mtk 6753 < 1.3-1.4ghz btw for less consumption > 2GB ram dual sim 1280x800 5.5Inch, just perfect lets say ! )
Antutu bench on mine on CLEAN INSTALL ? little more than 44 000 !!!!!
But I would really like to put lot of work on it, but I dont even know a single thing about programming, could some body's try to help us with this wonderfull smarttphone please ?!

i,ve just bought a mstar m1 pro,it will turn on,but there is no response fron the touchscreen,have done a soft and a hard reset? any help

I root mine today with king root. First I open an app call stabilitytest then i press home and open king root and start the rooting process. When the % is at 30 i long press home to go to stabilitytest app and start the the test (the first on the list). Then I return to king root by long press the home button. It work after the third try.
I have also rooted Mstar M1 Pro a week ago with KingRoot. I had a bit different experience, roughly like this:
- enable USB debugging (Settings. Developer options) and installing from unknown sources (Settings, Security)
- download latest KingRoot APK from their website http://www.kingroot.net/ (Download for Android)
- install KingRoot
- run KingRoot .. it will run for a while, than will restart the phone
- when phone restarts you'll get nothing new, no msgs or notifications, so I've run KingRoot again
- it will run for a while, and will FAIL - but ignore that, and click "try again" or something like that
- let it run for a while, and it will root the phone finally
I had similar experience with few more phones. Basically, try 3-4 times, if it reboots - try again, if it fails - try again, if it says it does not have a profile for your phone - try again. Somehow, after 1-3 retries (depending on a phone and my luck) I've rooted 4 phones with KingRoot in the same weekend, each a different model. And like I've already said - my Mstar M1 Pro was one of them.

Staff made the root on a tablet (positive T705 ) , now I wanted to take a copy of his original rom , searched everywhere as but not found , and from what I saw did not have to install cmw or TWRP it does not have these models compatible with him.
Can anyone tell me how do I back up the rom without these programs?
Hi, i have bought an Okitel K10000 Max with Nougat 7.1 Android, it works so far fine but for some special Functions Regarding Cellular Data switching and Synco handling i wanted to root the Device !
I did rooting and Installing Custom roms on HTC m7, HTC MAX, Samsung S3, Samsung Note 3 and Samsung Note 4, so i think that i am fresh also to try to root now this Okitel.
But i am investigating now 4 Days in the Internet, Youtube and also read all Artikels on this Forum how to root the best Okitel K10000 Max ! But i could not find any precise Information about that ! I have downloaded a lot Like original Stockrom from Okitel side, Unofficial TWRP (by the way could not find that TWRP ist supporting Okitel K10000 Max as all ar saying and showing it should work !?) then some are telling that the Bootloader have to be Unlocked first, others say on this Phone it is not neccesary, that is done from Developer mode USB-Debugging and OEM lock !?
Then i tried the latest TWRP apk from Playstore, but there the K10000 Max is not listed !?
Then i read in this Forum that it gives Problems regarding the Camera and the Wifi/Cellular Data Connection after root (But with what its rooted no direct explonation !)
Then i have read in some rooting Manuals that after rooting and before restart the Akku have to be removed as to comeout out of the Bootloop what will happen, but my akku in my Okitel K10000 Max the Akku is fixed ! I have not found in the Internet an Okitel k10000 Max with removeable Akku ! So what are they Talking about !? Do i have to Demount the Device to try to get the Akku out !?
So the i have read that rooting with Magisk is an option so that it is not neccesary to change the Recovery.img to TWRP !?
I am strarting to get very confused !
Can someone help me here and tell me in real what to do, to follow, to download !?
I do not need CWM or TWRP so when it will work also without that its O.K. and for me is also not Important as to use Magisk or Super-Su as the only impoatant thing is that it is rooted with all Funktions working !?
With what is the best to root !? Magisk, Kingroot ore anything else !?
