9. Don't get us in trouble.
Don't post copyrighted materials or do other things that will obviously lead to legal trouble. If you wouldn't do it on your own homepage, you probably don't want to do it here either. After weeks of research I've finally found a viable crack for G3 tweaksbox that works on Lollipop. This effort was mainly for those who don't wish to pay for an app to make use of a single feature. In my case it was the floating call timer.
6. Do not post or request warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez nor do we permit members to request, post, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained or used. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.
idiot...
Damn son. You do realize someone worked hard for this?

Do you realize that the app developer worked harder on this app?
post reported to admin.. respect to developer ( @P_Toti )
I don't know what you are all whining about. The developer made the app completely free about a year ago, and the app had the feature I looked for in that version as well.

Guys do not entertain him. He is probably going to be banned. Also, that build is not really cracked: most premium tweaks won't actually work but he is lucky the one he wanted will.

Well, I didn't see the one feature that I was looking for to be worth the couple dollars. After many ignored requests to have that feature made free, or even a have a simple app with only that feature available, I took it upon myself to find what I've found.
What I've found is not my own work, but that of another developer/hacker. The original software in question is that of LG. The G3 Tweaksbox is a hack in itself to get some of the features listed on P_Toti's thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2792242. Some of these features REQUIRE a payment to be able to use, some of which are features that are huge LG annoyances, namely the floating call timer. The cracked version was cracked by AnZhi_PiaoFei, who does not require anything for his hard work.
At the end of the day, I personally am all for open source and sharing. The XPOSED project is all open source. The fact that P_Toti is requiring a donation is just plain misuse of the term "donation".

Because you are taking away money from a developer who has worked endlessly making TweaksBox for us you stupid prick. @P_Toti has worked way too hard just for pricks like you to come around and pirate his hard work. So please do us a favor on XDA and go away. You aren't welcome here nobody wants you and your stealing grab butt around here.

You are a misuse of the term human being!... Idiots like yourself are the reason why genuine developers give up on sharing what is their own hard work and free time. You are a sad reflection of the current generation unfortunately.

The Mod already popped in, if this thread is in violation of XDA rules close it. Why give the op an open forum. It is apparent he thinks he is above the rules. There are plenty of other sites for him to share his crap.

A ban would require a breach of rules, and administration intervention, both aren't the case here.

Hello,
I recently received a new company phone (Galaxy S21 5G SM-G991W)
It has the Google "Device Policy" and "Knox Enrollment Service" admin apps installed. The Play Store and most apps are locked out and cannot be installed.
I have tried the following:
Reset back to factory settings. Downloaded firmware from SAMMobile for my carrier and I used Odin3 to successfully flash it onto the phone.
Unfortunately when I was going through the initial setup as soon as I connected to WiFi the phone was once again locked down by my company policy. I have also tried to disable and uninstall the "Device Policy" app but I don't have permission to do so.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to ease up on some of these restrictions?

While I can appreciate your dilemma, XDA does not condone discussion on modifying, or breaking another company's device policy rules as per XDA Rule #9:
9. Don't get us into trouble.
Don't post copyrighted materials or do other things which will obviously lead to legal trouble. If you wouldn't do it on your own homepage, you probably shouldn't do it here either. This does not mean that we agree with everything that the software piracy lobby try to impose on us. It simply means that you cannot break any laws here, since we'll end up dealing with the legal hassle caused by you. Greetings. While we appreciate your inquiry, and allow IMEI repair discussion, we do not allow discussion on changing the IMEI since this practice is illegal
in many countries, as is stipulated by XDA Rule #9:

What would happen if I went to a Samsung store for help "any help" nothing specific and have a flashed imei on my s23 ultra that shows a s21 imei

Seeing how that's a crime in the US, I wouldn't risk it. You're using someone's stolen property which is in and of itself a crime as is changing IMEIs.

IMEI change and legality, mods please read
Good afternoon mods, I'm sorry but I had to open a thread about this topic again. It's absolutely not illegal to change your IMEI in most of the world. For instance, it's completely legal in the entirety of the US (see...
forum.xda-developers.com
Not illegal in America as long as both imeis are owned by the same person and its just not allowed on xda
If a phone is blacklisted, it means that the device was reported lost or stolen. The blacklist is a database of all the IMEI or ESN numbers that have been reported. If you have a device with a blacklisted number, your carrier may block services. In the worst-case scenario, the local authorities could seize your phone.
Stop Entertaining this guy. Whether he paid for it or not he is still in possession of stolen property.

Incorrect. Modifying your IMEI is illegal if it is to get around a carrier blacklist. OP has stolen property and modified their IMEI to get around the blacklist, they cheerfully admitted as much in another thread they made. This is illegal. It's also illegal to knowingly be in possession of stolen property in most states. OP is in California. It can either be a misdemeanor or felony there depending on the value.
Definitely not stolen

It wouldn't be blacklisted if it wasn't stolen. Nice try though. It either belongs to a carrier or store who wasn't paid in full for it (theft) or it was lifted from someone else (also theft).
We do not permit discussions pertaining to modification of IMEI on XDA.
