I know that some of the random non brand name devices I've used, I could just use an adb shell and get root. But this isn't true for everything. As for rom cooking and recovery, that's a whole nother beast.

I'm in need of the stock rom for this phone but the old links for the zte website aren't working they probably changed them, and on the new webpage every ZIP I download is corrupted, no matter which country, no matter if I do it on a different computer, they are probably broken on the server so I can't use them.

and cannot for the life of me update the device , can you guys please tell me the instructions to follow so I wouldn't brick my device going from the fake rom to an original rom ?
