{ The only way you get transparency in the lockscreen is to use the same live wall for both the home and the lockscreen,for now there is no other solution }

Or use simplistic framework with simplistic control app. Working with different wallpaper

Your right.
THE BLACK STATUSBAR OR GREY on homescreen - Lockscreen..
where all the icons are "projected" like wifi, data clock etc... i dont want the icon
but the statusBAR png itself
Here is what I could come up with (based on a previous post)
(screenshot)
Using simplistic framework, you can choose NOT to display the status bar in lockscreen. But, you can slide down once to show the status bar and twice to show the drop down menu.
Good luck.
Edit: the screenshot is terrible, sorry about that.

What build is your systemUi.apk based from? I'm setting the build.prop on 240dpi and I got the phablet layout (two columns in setting and extra quick settings, also mutated notification bar - but lost lot of features from the stock xperia keyboard and broke the stock alarm&clock apps... damn). Will it behaves same way with your ui?
Transparent status bar would be nice

Never possible without root or writing your own custom firmware. Try Xposed module Tinted Statusbar.
Thanks I'll try that

Isn't that more like and overlay?
Get the GravityBox Xposed module, it has options for both navbar and notification bar transparency.
Hello is there any possibility to get the AOSP Signal Icon for the Galaxy S5 TouchWiz Rom with Xposed ?
why do you need xposed module for that? just edit your framework/systemui
