Hey guys, I have a problem. I've forgotten the password to my Xperia Tablet Z. I have a hunch that resetting it will resolve the problem. Since I don't have access to settings where I can reset it easily, how do I perform a hard reset?? None of the buttons bring it into recovery mode or something like they do on most androids..
Can someone here tell me the full method so i can reset it?? This is quite urgent. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

Lockscreen pass or data encryption?
Try to reflash with Flashtool or restore with pc-companion, though you can loose data.

Flash your backup rom, if you don't have it. you can download it from any website..Try google, for example "Ninetology Insight i9430 CWM stock rom " you might find your solution there.

i took in my hands a mini notebook with the lock screen "too many pattern attempts".
this is NOT a tablet, is a kind of laptop.
there is no volume button.
there is no reset button.
i tried several combinations with the power button and all the keyboard buttons, all attempts without lucky to enter to menu for factory reset.
i tried with adb options, but i think the device dont have activated the "Debugging", because my computer dont recognize.
i cant try call to the device, because is NOT a phone.
i hope someone understand my problem.
i hope someone have other method to reset the device.
there is a photo of the device and the model is a CTAB1303.

Hello people! First, sorry for my english. I'm having a little problem. The phone is off in less than 1 minute. I think that the operating system got a virus. The same is with the screen locked and I can not remember the password. I've tried resetting the recovery mode but not funciounou. I tried to install the original rom, did not work. What could be happening that the recovery mode is not working? The mobile phone is the Samsung GT-S5302B. Could anyone help me? Thank you.

Apologies for adding another thread, i tried to find a similar thread to solve this problem but I could not.
Basically my stock samsung s4 (unrooted, unmodified) started to boot loop a couple of days ago when I changed the sim card. Ive already tried clearing the cache but it did not work, so I think the only option I have now is to do a full wipe and reset.
Is there any way to remove my photo data from the device storage before doing this reset? Bearing in mind the phone wont boot and it is unrooted, is there perhaps any way to fix the boot?

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out how will it be possible to disable Factory Reset through Recovery mode.
I want to give my son a device with only the apps I allow, I just need a way to disable the Factory Reset.
I know that all the MDM companies do that so there must be some way to do that.
Any help or leads will be greatly appreciated.
