You can dump your stock firmware via sp flash tool's readback function.

i think i bricked my micromax canvas hd.. after i upgrade to 4.2.1 via sp flash tool when i turn the device on only the boot logo is showing.. i have succesfully installed twrp recovery via sp flash tool , to see if i can restore my backup but twrp can't detect emmc .. please help me if anyone knows how to fix my device

That is not possible on Mediatek devices. Get the latest version of SP Flash Tool and flash stock 4.2.1
Confirm if you are installing correctly. Follow the instructions thoroughly.

i cooked a rom for this phone but i need the boot.img for test and if you have the system flashable via sp tools, upload please i needed too...

Is the link I gave what you were looking for, as I have just bought this phone and may need help in the future.
Root with Kingoroot and custom recovery can be found at
http://www.needrom.com/download/t6c-recovery/
I am sure thl has released all the stock roms somewhere.
I used flashify app to flash the recovery because other methods just ended up rebooting to stock 3e recovery.

The file you have shared is not SP flash tool version. Please share SP Flash Version file or help to convert it into SP Flash version file.

bro according to my info the file you shared is flashable only with Custom recoveries like CWM & TWRP etc.
