Once you flash custom binaries (+ kernel, rom, recovery), the Samsung KNOX code gets rewritten. Flash this kernel at your own risk.
I will not take any responsibility for bricked device or lost data. It is recommended to make a backup before you flash the kernel.
About this kernel
This kernel is compatible with Samsung MM Touchwiz-based firmwares for Galaxy A7 MSM8939 series. (SM-A700S/K/L and A700FD)
The goal of this work is to build a 'stable & stadard' kernel. Please report any bugs or issues that you've encountered.

How to flash
1. Install TWRP recovery on your phone.

How will I come to know about its features ?
After installing custom kernal I am unable to encrypt my phone.
Help plz....
Check your battery is charged to 80% above.
If you still have the encryption problem, you should go back to the stock kernel.

It is a test version. Same as the stock kernel.

I am eagerly waiting to test it for A700FD. Currently on official lollipop 5.0.2 with twrp installed.
Official Marshmallow 6.0.1 firmware (different region) is already dowloaded. Will flash it depends on ur test release.

Try flashing stock kernel, see if that fix it. If not, try flashing stock firmware.
If still the same issue, imo u need to do a full wipe on ur phone including internal storage.

I dont have the link for stock kernel. Do u have any twrp/cwm backup of stock rom? Try restore it.

INSTALLATION INTRUCTIONS
Code:
- Flash the lastest PhilZ Touch CWM via Odin.
- Download ROM and GApps then place them into Internal Storage or SDCard.
- Reboot your phone into recovery mode (Hold home button & volume up & power button in same time).
- Make a backup.
- Full wipe (data, cache, system, dalvik cache).
- Choose update zip...
- Choose ROM file and flash, then choose GApps file and flash.
- Reboot your phone and wait for a few minutes.
- Enjoy!

1. You can from any rom but you must use the lastest custom recovery.
2. Yes, you can use TWRP.

Yes, u can modification your rom by use XposedFramework.

Doesn't make a difference because there are no additional features to be added. I may bring out an update in a couple of days.

What is improve in your next update?? This build is stable and i can't find any bugs

Stock aosp doesn't have it. Its added by other ROMs.

I don't use USB OTG & HDMI so i don't know how they work.
But Antutu score is from 19000 to 20000
NFC, TV remote and LTE work fine
Even better, so glad to find that I can run aosp on this device too!

• Steps for a Clean Install:
1) Put the .zip file in Internal or External Storage.
2) Reboot in Recovery Mode (Using TWRP/CWM Recovery)
3) Wipe Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache and format /System
4) Install the ROM.
5) After first reboot, the device may hang on starting apps, so press Vol-, home button and power button and reboot to Recovery then flash this boot.img:

Note: you need to flash the boot.img at every reboot. I didn't find why this issue happen yet.

You need to have latest TWRP 3.0 recovery from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3322907
After flashing this new TWRP, try to reflash the ROM again, it should work fine.

hello bro thank you its working but The phone does not see the sim card . when start say . cant find the kernel by red color . maybe the kernel is different .

I've installed cyanogenmod 13 in my note edge sm-n915f and there are two problems that I'm facing in it.
1. IT restarts on its own and its frustrating
2. The battery drain too fast like within 2-3 hours It goes from 100%-8%

With this kernel i seem to have a very high battery drain. Most of the drain is caused by the standby time any fix.
Found a solution for the wrong key mapping of 'Recent App Switch'
Using a Root File Manager navigate to /system/usr/Keylayout and open the Generic.kl using a text editor.
Add a new line under the key section
Put this line "Key 254 APP_SWITCH"
That's all save and restart phone Recent app button will become functional

First time installing TW 5.1.1 to your Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360H), or coming from another ROM:
Install ClockworkMod Recovery (OR TWRP)
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
Install the ROM from sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery (OR TWRP)
NOTE: If you're running TWRP recovery, go to Settings >> "Use rm -rf instead of formatting" before wiping anything,
else you have to wait 20 mins due to some weird bugs of our eMMC (maybe).
First boot might take long time, 7-10 MIN!!

I want to know @mv2007 specific way to port on this TW rom,,,,
If base on CM/LN/AOSP I am already know,
@mv2007 if you get data connection bug maybe this will fix,
change this list file bellow use Core prime file. If you already do this forget this post.
1. ext_data.sh
2. ext_kill.sh
3. ext_symlink.sh
and for Storage bug, you can try change (by use winrar) drag and drop storage_list.xml in framework-res.apk CM12.1 to TW ROM. and use fstab.sc8830 from ramdisk cm12.1. If you already do this forget this post.

Use another kernel for example N0G33K V7 RC6 or Aldeon v3.1 (link in my signature, there you found Telegram group where is latest build in shared files), but is weird that in stock kernel from Ultimate Nougat isn't applied WiFi Forget Fix
