Even disabling the 3G , I keep getting messages on whatsapp and continue accessing the internet , spending all my Internet franchise , I can not contact Lenovo to report that someone here has the same problem?
The problem can only be solved when restart the smartphone.

You can try to turn on the mode in an airplane, but it's best to either change the firmware or carry it to the lenovo service center.

Hello all,
This is my first android phone, but my brother have a HTC Desire for some months and I have familiarized with android.
Have used the SGSII for 1 month now and all is going great except for the batery OS usage, but no big deal there, but since yesterday I'm having a problem with my exchange connection. Everytime I go to the email app it try's to connect and it says invalid username/account and I enter the correct data and it always say the same thing!
This problem only happens while using 3G data connectivity, because in wireless mode it works fine and I receive/send emails. In 3G it also receive data in other apps like google maps, browser etc. but it looks like in the email app for exchange it's not connecting while using 3g connection!
Anyone knows what could be happening and what can I do to solve this problem?

I've notice that when installing cyanogenmod 9, the tablet see itself as a phone and not a tablet. Even the most recent also include the cellphone signal icon as no service even on a wifi only tablet.
The reason why I raise this up is that it cause some problem in how internet sharing is managed.
I'm trying to use my cell phone internet on my tablet via bluetooth. When trying to connect via bluetooth my cell phone and my tablet so I can share my Cell phone internet on my tablet, they both only show the option to share internet...
Internet sharing via bluetooth is really amazing on battery life of both device ! I can last days on standby with just basic email notification...
Anyone have a solution to this ?

I can confirm that this issue is present on the stock ICS rom (XXLQ8).
I can pair my tablet and phone, however, I cannot tether to the phone via bluetooth.
I just bought Galaxy S DUOS..I am loving the phone but i have a problem with WIFI. The mobile gets connected to network but and it also shows a working internet over the connected network. But When I try to browse net or use play store it works excellent for first 40-50 secs or 2 min or even sometimes 5 min. but then afterwards it won't work at all.Even if i queue a download during that first moments when wifi is working..after that it wont download the file.. The download just hang in between or gets interrupted..:crying:
As i just bought the phone i am not thinking of rooting it at least this early..And theres no any custom ROMS available for S DUOS anywhere yet..as far as i know..
Though i was wondering if i could extract the apk from any other S DUOS and then i can try flashing it with my device.. Actually I don't know much about it. I am just wondering if that can be done..Sorry if i said something very noob..
But seriously i need to fix my wifi.. help is really appreciated..
PS-Even i tried Fix my wifi app from the play store.. but it also didnt fix anything.

Even i faced the same problem with my home network .If your problem is resolved its okay but incase you are still facing the trouble
Check for this: is your wifi network protected then make it a open network and try. This resolved my issue , ofcourse I agree that making a wifi network open is Not suggestible

I have problem with WiFi connectivity on Xiaomi redmi 3 pro which run MIUI 8.1 Stable 8.1.3.0
I'm connect to one of them but my apps say that your phone isn't connected to network except some apps like Telegram messenger , UC Browser & etc.
But my problem solving with connecting to a VPN. But not all of VPN services because some of them shows the same error .
I checked my hosts file and firewall but they was OK.
Is there anyone who has the such problems on this phone?
Is there anyway to solve that problem?

For reasons unknown to me, when I tried using my Lenovo B6000-F tablet running 4.2.2 I could NOT connect to the Internet (WiFi). Several other devices from laptop to Samsung phone all connecting - working. I tried troubleshooting I cannot turn WiFi ON. You can move the button (screen slide switch), prompt indicates turning ON WiFi, but instantly the switch returns to OFF.
Found a site which I understood could be downloaded to my laptop then connect the Lenovo to my laptop to transfer the software/driver/? When I had time to perform the update / repair, the link had been removed/was dead..
Googling, etc. has not helped me find a way to REPAIR the Lenovo. So it sit here useless (without WiFi access). A friend directed me to this forum. Being new to the forum, I do not know if I must continually check back or if I will be notified if-when someone responds.
