Bluetooth Audio Help - LG V10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just got a pair of BlueBud X's and the audio is crackly and sounds like low-bitrate audio on my V10. It sounds fine on my iPad 4, and when I flashed CM 12.1 as a test, it sounded fine there as well. I even reverted back to 5.1.1 and it sounded awful there as well. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it? I've had this issue with my car with a Note 3 and 4 before and decided to avoid Samsung because of it.

[Q] Bluetooth issues

Ever since I got this phone I've had issues with the bluetooth headset. It's a Plantronics Voyager Pro and callers say I come through so loud that they have to hold the phone away from their ear. I had the same headset with my Bionic and it sounded great. Anyone else have issues? Could it be the ROM (Clean ROM Pro) or would this be an HTC/ Rezound issue?
Thanks for any insight
Also have problems on bluetooth

I have issues too, but not that issue. On stock GB and the second leaked ICS update I am told that my Jawbone Era makes me sound like I'm in a tunnel. It worked really well in my Incredible...On the other hand, I have the MEElectronics Air-Fi AF32 bluetooth stereo headphones and they ROCK! So I am baffled...Sorry, no insights..

Do you sound good on the receiving end with the AF32's?
No issues on GB but on ics I have a P311 Arctic sound stereo bt headset that cuts in and out after connecting but I can fix that by turning off and on the bt. Annoying but I can live with it.
On the other hand I also have a Motorola s9 rokr and an lg hbs-700 no issues with gb or ics.
No issues with calls on any of the headsets. So weird.

nexus 10 and moto s10-hd

So I bought a pair of Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth headphones tonight. First paired them to my Acer A500 running 4.1 and they worked fine. Now I just tried to connect them to my Nexus 10 on 4.2.1 and the audio stutters like crazy and the Android UI slows to a crawl anytime it tries to play a sound. Any known issues here or anything I can try to get these things working? I have a Bluetooth adapter in my truck that works perfectly with my N10.

I have a similar issue with my jbl flip bluetooth speaker. It crackles all the time and just doesn't seem to have the same quality as my s3. Also on a side note when I use bluetooth and wifi they can drop out.I hope an update can fix these bluetooth issues.

There are well known issues with Bluetooth in 4.2 (which your S3 is probably not running) since they changed the stack. Here's hoping that they do fix it soon.
So I just swapped the motos for a set of lg tone's and the same issue is there. Very frustrating that something as simple as Bluetooth audio is broken. Strange since it seems to work fine with Bluetooth in my truck.
My Moto S11 Flex HD seems fine...
Saw another post with similar issues and they said a reboot fixed their problem. Gave it a try and it seems to have fixed the problem, for now at least.

Glad that the reboot helped. My LG Tones have been working fine as long as I stay within 50ft.

[Q] Strange Audio Problem

So I've had this phone now for about a year and everything has been fine. I rooted and installed Omnirom 4.4 about a month after getting it and then switched to SlimKat. I'm on 4.4.2 right now and I've just recently encountered a problem with the music audio. It seems to be distorting the vocals and the bass, but the piano/backing instruments seem fine. If I go into settings and turn it to mono it works fine in the right ear. This is strange because my Turtle Beach PX22 headset comes off its inline amp and can be used on its own 3.5mm AUX input/output. It doesnt work like that however. It works with the inline amp plugged in with a computer USB powering it, but not on its own. Normal headphones do not work properly either, they all suffer the same problem as I explained. Speakers, however, work fine. Anything with a large output (such as AUX in car stereo etc) works fine. Full stereo sound, no distortion on anything. But headphones are a big no-no. Any ideas? I recently installed Boeffla for 4.4 and that might have something to do with it. I have reflashed SlimKat and its update recently. I've also reflashed Boeffla. Any ideas anyone?

Weird white nose like sound only while using earphones (edit: without earphones too)

Hy guys!
I've just noticed, that if I use my Nexus 9 with my earphones (edit: without earphones too, I've put it next to my ears and heard it), I get some white noise like sound for a short time after opening an app, going back to home screen or watching videos.... (Almost always, while watching video, than constantly)
It's quite quiet, but a bit annoying.
I'm using CM12 nightlies but I heard that also on stock ROM.
Am I the only one?
Is there a solution for this to fix it?
Thanks in advance!
Nope, you're not the only one. I get it on my bluetooth headphones on both the N9 and my old N7. Don't know what causes it, but it seems to be inherent in android.
Sent from my Nexus 9
Yep, can confirm I've had this happen. I thought I heard white noise when my headphones were plugged in, but I wasn't quite sure. This seems be a problem with both speakers and headphones, so definitely a software bug. I have not experienced this on my nexus 5, but I'm not sure if it's nexus 9 only.
My Nexus9 LTE has the same issue,
I always hear noise with earpiece while doing actions( such click item, etc..)
