I have a Samsung s6 edge Docomo SC-04G version
Are there any ways to unlock Without official CROM app?
Cuz I can't find CROM Service in Galaxy Apps.
The KNOX Service downloaded from the net force stops.
Another question:
Does any one know, if i do a factory reset,
does it requires a Docomo sim card in the phone at the first setup?
I don't live in Japan.
Any advice would be appreciated. :good:

No at first set up after reset sim card is not required. It may just have samsungs activation lock on it.
Can you explain exactly what it is you are trying to do? Unlock the phone to take any network simcard?

Reset password via samsung.com and check it.
As for unlock, CROM service is for s6 only not s6 edge.
Have a read through this

Tried, but cannot open

No that Samsung account is not mine, the owner (was my friend) forget all of it. How about bypassing Activation Lock?
I want to use CF Auto root in my edge, but never work. Forget the error msg, but seems like it needs to ''unlock'' something. Thanks

you can not bypass samsungs activation lock. Even if you flash different firmware lock still remains. It has to be taken to samsungs service centre its the only way the lock can he removed.
Your model of s6 edge is not supported by cf autoroot.
Cf autoroot requires an unlocked bootloader and SC-04G has locked bootloader.
Again theres not much you can do as its not easy to unlock bootloader if your not sure.

Hello everyone,
I have done a facory reset to my phone and now i'm locked with the samsung account verification, i've tried everything to bypass it but nothing worked, i have even tried to flash my phone and downgrade it (didn't work because the bootloader is locked) but nothing. Please can anyone help me i'm really stuck!
I have a sm-g900v android 5.0 baseband version g900vvru2bog5.
There aren't any methods to bypass the Samsung account lock without a tool like the z3x box that I've seen.
I have one, but I do not have the other software needed for remote service yet.
Thank you very much for your fast and rigorous reply. I'm really disappointed though So i guess i need to take the phone to an expert.

You can also order the remote service via eBay. Not that many shops have the tool/tools needed to bypass.
Do you recommend someone cause in case i gave my imei number i'm in danger of getting reported as a robber? (i've just read it in a forum somewhere on the net)

I'd exchange it for a new device, FRP lock should have been disabled before the store accepted it as a return

I have the same issue. Did you find a fix?
FRP lock goes away after you delete all your accounts from your accounts section in Options. I have a SM-T827R4 and was able to get the FRP lock disabled this way. Unfortunately i cannot get past the Qualcomm lock on it. No way to root it
Same situation here. A friend bought refurbished Tab S3 from US and shipped to my country. FRP locked!!

There is no Qualcomm lock, and as far as I'm aware US CELLULAR don't bootloader lock their devices.
This device is indeed bootloader locked. There is no oem unlock option anywhere in dev settings where it should be like every other Tab s3 on the market.

From what I've read all devices they sell are supposed to have an unlocked bootloader after Feb 2016. Devices prior are not included. My only hope is they release an update making that OEM unlock available. I've contacted USCC directly and they had no information as to why or when it might be available. Sucks, but eh. Its still a nice device.

Does that mean you get the 'secure check fail' warning on the device screen when flashing?

Yes, It will not proceed past the Qualcomm Secure Boot, and states "Secure Check Failed."
Yeah this lock is why I was unable to get your TWRP build to work for me a few weeks back. It is indeed locked. :\

Hello everyone,
My S6 Edge is FRP locked because of a hard reset via the standard recovery.
Now is my question, how can I get rid of the FRP lock?
I've already tries multiple things, like:
- Flash a custom recovery (Can't because of RL lock (Reactivation Lock))
- Install factory binary to try a new method (Can't because there's no binary for my binary security level: RP SWREV: B:6 K:2 S:2)
- Install a stock rom with USB debugging enabled (Doesn't work, because for some reason ADB commands do not work...)
Hope you can help me!

So you have access to the device? In other words, you can use the device (open apps, play videos etc.) and just want to disable FRP but it wont let you? Did I get that right?

Thanks for your reply!
But no, I don't have access to ky device. Only the configuration screem which you get when your phone comes new out of the box or after a factory reset.
Within the configuration screen I can't go any further than login of the Samsung account. Because it won't let me login
I need a way to bypass this, otherwise I will not be able to use my phone anymore...

So you know your credentials but the phone refuses to accept it? If so, open Google on your PC and type in Samsung - Find my mobile. Log into your account, choose your S6 and select Unlock Reactivation lock. Make sure that the phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
If you forgot your Samsung credentials click reset password on the login screen (on your PC) and repeat the steps above.
Hope it helps

I just checked your claims and I don't see an option to disable FRP on my S6 edge using Google's method. It can erase and lock the device but it doesn't have the power to disable FRP. On the other hand Samsung's find my phone site has the FRP disable button. I wish to point out again that the phone explicitly asked for the Samsung account. If it wanted Google's info it would have asked. I could be wrong but I'm just saying what I'm seeing.

Yeah I know it's asking for Samsung account. But FRP lock is down to google. Remove Google account = FRP lock disabled. FRP lock and reactivation lock are different. If he can't get passed Samsung account the very easiest way is to just reset Samsung account credentials.

Aha, okay then, sorry for the misuse of words. But still in a nutshell FRP and Reactivation lock are the same thing. Both still block the circumvention of the stock ROM if it's enabled. I think that the author of this topic meant to say Reactivation lock tbh

I've done that already a long time ago. But simply resetting my Samsung account password isn't going to cut it.
My phone has been reset via the standard Samsung recovery menu. After that the phone boots up like it's totally new.
So you have to go through the configuration menu for the phone.
At the part where I have to fill in my Samsung account credentials it fails to advance because of Samsung's FRP lock which I still haven't been able to bypass.

But if you are entering the correct details then it should pass the reactivation lock. So long as you use the same Samsung account you had logged in before you reset. So if you reset the credentials for that account you should be able to log in and pass the lock after.

Umm CCT is Xfinity mobile. If it is network lock flashing firmware does not unlock it...It needs to still be unlocked by carrier,Or a paid service some where . Which are flaky at best most of the time....
Sprint verizon and several others Sim unlocks Employ a MSL code Which is like 15 or more digis long If im not correct....
As being the owner of samsung unlocking software I had to my self resort to server unlock to unlock my device....Because traditional methods were not working...
So long story short you can flash any carrier firmware you want But if the device is still sim locked it is sim locked..
So you dont go flashing loads and brick your device.:good::good::good:

Hi,
So this device I bought from facebook marketplace and was told it's fully unlocked.
After inserting a different SIM, the device works for a minute, then shows an error saying it's not a verizon SIM and disconnects from the network.
I contacted Verizon and they're telling me that it's unlocked but I guess something in the firmware that prevents me from using the phone. I did a factory reset, now the phone setup won't finish without a Verizon SIM card. it stays stuck on that screen.
Is there a custom firmware that I flush this phone with and be able to use the phone?
Please advise.
Thanks.
Verizon A02S unlocked but not able to use on other networks. Need help unlocking
