Hi guys,
I bought Samsung galaxy S3 from Korea unlocked, (SHV-E120S), I am trying to use the LTE in UAE however, it seems SKT Korean telecom company locked the LTE, we have the same LTE frequinces here, I have tried to use hidden menus in order to choose the proper options to switch LTE on, however no hope.
Can any one would advice me please?
There's a new update for it...you can also dial 319712358 and password is 996412. Hope this helps.
Is 4G LTE working for you now?

Hi
I have in my possession a Brand new galaxy s3 from SKT in Korea.
I have tried putting in my ATT gsm card and calling and txting works but cannot update nor navigate.
Is there anything i can do to fully use it with ATT?
(this is the quad core galaxy with the antenna)
You have to unlock it. Find one online. Then change the apn settings. To AT&T.
I am able to buy a Vodafone Galaxy S6 Edge Green (activated and sim unlocked) from Germany. I believe the model number should be SM-G925FZGFVD2 but the online store gives this model number: 00301111 and EAN: 8806086935906
http://www.sotel.de/samsung-galaxy-...rün-ohne-simlock-ohne-vertrag--p-269642.html
There is also an unbranded model which is out of stock: SM-G925FZGEDBT
I know that SM-G925FZGEDBT supports all the LTE bands we have in Hong KOng.
In Hong Kong the LTE bands supported are 900mhz, 1800mhz and 2600mhz
However, Vodafone ( SM-G925FZGFVD2 / EAN: 8806086935906) supports 1800mhz.
My question is if the phone is unlocked and can be used in any country will the phone work in 2600mhz also along with 1800mhz when I use in Hong Kong?
Just wondering if the Vodafone Galaxy S6 Edge is unlocked then it should support the same bands as the unbranded model in Germany right?
This is the first time I will be buying an unlocked phone from overseas so I have no prior experience. Can anyone shed some light or experience in this matter?
Thanks.
What exactly is the difference between the G925F and the G925I?
I'm going to be using AT&T LTE in the United States, but I've google researched a bunch of stuff saying the G925F is garbage and barely receives any LTE when used with the AT&T Network and I couldn't find anything for the G925I with the AT&T Network. I'm honestly so confused, because the bands are nearly identical and are both compatible with the AT&T bands, 4G LTE network AWS/700/850/1900MHz bands.
I don't know what to do! Can anyone please help? Really want the edge, but don't know which version to get...
Hello

Hi,
gsm umts up to 3,5G working fine here in Italy. Can't get the 4g because of the different bands. Hope to find a way to unlock LTE bands to have 4g access
