Download the ROM and gapps
Boot into recovery mode [TWRP]
Wipe System/Data/Dalvik Cache/Cache
Select both the ROM and Gapps zip file

@yash1310 thanks for pointing out. I have updated the attachments with latest SuperSU and systemless SuperSU. Try them and you won't end up in bootloop again
