UAE, XSG hasn't released yet on the samsung servers. The closest is KSA saudia . I flashed with KSA yesterday , as i had soft bricked my phone a week back.

Even the one's that are already released on Samfirmware.com doesn't download anymore. It's probably due to some changes made for the N930FD firmware request mode. G935 and N920 still works fine. The tool even shows the latest firmware in correct ID for N930F XSG, but it's unable to download it and throws an error.
@JazonX . Thanks for the tip! Received the update yesterday morning. I feel like the battery is much better now. Also fingerprint scanner is faster

At Sammobile there's only N930F firmware. I bought this version in Telcel México yestedar and flashed XEU, but is dated form July 8th. No newer versions yet, only the Turkey one from July 20th, but I don't want that one.

I have this update on my N930FD for the past few days. So far so good, the Blue light filter toggle icon is still there. All the new features are working and battery life has improved. But ram management is still really poor

It also made some games run a lot worse as reported by other users.
Hi, need some guidence here please. So I just flashed the XSG firmware to my N930F and it's a multi CSC - take a look at the screenshots. The installed firmware is APGK but it seems there's the new BPH6 firmware available, but my phone is not finding it. Is this normal? Could the update be available for another CSC code but not mine?
I downloaded firm from Sammobile as the TUR one.

no you have to download just one. I think you should better wait for the official update. And then you can use update through your phone (OTA) or by using Kies.

If you don't understand the risks of changing your firmware DON'T DO IT. Your can break your phone.
If you don't know english use http://translate.google.com and study more about firmware flashing. There is a lot of information here and you don't need to make LAZY questions.

Not a new model bro it is a variant of grand prime,grand prime has "SM-G530, SM-G5306, SM-G5306W, SM-G5308, SM-G5308W, SM-G5309, SM-G5309W, SM-G530BT, SM-G530F, SM-G530FQ, SM-G530FZ, SM-G530H, SM-G530M, SM-G530Y"variant.So it seems to be W variant got lollipop first.so please wait calm brothers we re getting lollipop to other variants very soon ..

No they are different from different aspects,some version support different network frequency range.
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2support only G530H, G530FZ/DS
LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800) supports SM-G530FZ
so don't flash "w" firmware on your H,FZ devices.if you flash you can install lollipop without brickingyour device,but your device didn't getting signals from service providers.

G531 variants are very different from G530.
G531 have Marvel PXA1908 chip
G530 have Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 chip.
Flashing G531 roms onto G530 will be a direct HARD BRICK !
Android 7.1.1 (the SDK 25 version of Nougat) has just come out on Sammobile. Go check it out!

Just joined and it's downloading now.
Some tips for others, open Samsung+ & join the beta program, then go to settings and software update on the phone (not in Samsung+ app) and manually check for updates.
Worked for me on an unlocked Note8 on Verizon network

Go check for the update in settings. I flashed the unlocked firmware to my T-Mobile note and received it. If flashing the unlocked firmware make sure you flash the csc file and not home csc. That's the mistake I initially made. But after flashing with the regular csc I unregistered and re-registered. Then the update came right away.

I flashed XAA unlocked on my SPRINT G955U. I think that is the mistake. Now I am downloading the unlocked Sprint firmware. Hope to get beta by using CSC file in patched odin.

Thank you! I checked the Play Store and wasn't getting the updated app. I signed up for the beta version of Samsung+ and was able to get the registration link.

Anyway to download odin files for 950u1? I tried samfirm and it says download not available.

No it doesn't break anything. All the US Note 8s are identical hardware-wise. They all support the same bands.
The only thing you will lose is WiFi calling and VoLTE (unless you're on T-Mobile).
You can search for and find the N950U1 files easily. SamFirm is just the easiest and fastest way to do it.
