I have a question regarding the new MIUI 8 stable. Does it have all languages that are included on beta or it have the same languages as MIUI 7 stable?

Where are you seeing Chinese? I'm using the Chinese dev/beta rom with the language set to English and there it's about 95% English, the most Chinese appears in the themes app, but I don't use it so it doesn't bother me.

If you are running Mido it should be enabled on the android 7.0 MIUI builds
Yes i am running mido,,there is no stable miui based on 7 but a developer don't know vulkan is enable on dev rom or not !

Install dev ROM and check in AIDA64 if vulkan is working
Yep its working.. nougat global beta have vulkan api enabled

MIUI 9 for Redmi 3... I'm pretty sure It will come with Android 5.1 (the same situation we have with MIUI 8). Xiaomi won't update the Android versión for our device. I haven't any hope.
