Hello guys i have a huge problem about xperia mini st15i. I dont have a system installed on it so i cant use it or start it. I have a CMW but every ROM that i want to flash just stuck at the logo when i reboot the device after installation. I tryed to flash ROM via Flashtool but it says that i dont have installed driver, and when i go to flashtool folder and start the installation for drivers it dont have driver for this device. I also tryed installing drivers for all devices but they just all failed and i dont know why. Please help me to bring back to life this device.
Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I have bricked my Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo (MT15i, Stock ICS .431 kernel). I was ready to install a custom ROM from CWM, I wiped the battery status, I made a factory reset, then I tried to install the ROM from SD card, but the ROM wasn't there because I am dumb and I forgot to put it in SD. So I restarted my phone and discovered that my phone was bricked.
It freeze at Sony logo (it doesn't make a bootloop) and I can't enter in CWM. It was not the first time when I bricked my phone, so I knew that I have to reflash the original kernel. I opened FlashTool but it says it needs the drivers installed, so I installed them from Flashtool/drivers folder but I get the same message. I tried to install also the adb drivers and the drivers from Sony's site but nothing changes.
The problem is that I can't use flashtool.
Some aditional informations:
- my phone was rooted ;
- my phone had the bootloader unlocked ;
- my phone was running the Stock Android ICS firmware (.431) ;
- my phone was rooted and bootloader-unlocked from the same PC, but a different OS ;
- the adb drivers were not installed on my current PC (I have reinstalled Windows so I don't have the drivers installed) ;
Is there any solution for me to unbrick my Xperia Neo?
I couldn't find any way to unbrick it.
I put some screenshots to see what I see.
Since you have unlocked bootloader you can flash a kernel so that you will get cwm back... From there install rom you wanted...
Or try using flashtool from a different computer...

R: [Q] I can't use Flashtool to unbrick my Xperia Neo
If you have done what you have writtten it should be not bricked, just phone cannot load system because you have erased it with factory reset.
So now if you have bl unlocked the fastesr way is to get a kernel with cwm inside to install a rom compatible with that kernel (try suave v6 or lupus or night elf for ICS). To flash kernel you have to get fastboot drivers then use flashtool or command line.
The other way is to flash a whole stock firmware with flashtool in flash mode, then do what you want.
The flashtool problem seems to be missing drivers, so my hints are:
-try to change usb port
-try to change usb cable
-try to reinstall flashtool flashing drivers (you should find it into flashtool folders, if you can't then search over the internet)
-try to reinstall fastboot drivers (when you have drivers you need to disable windows driver signature check to install it, search the internet how).
Are you trying to flash a firmware connecting phone in fastboot mode (blue light)? If so you are wrong, to flash a firmware you need to enter in flash mode (green light). I'm saying this because I see S1tool driver in windows and that is shown (as I know) when you connect phone in fastboot mode.
If this is not working I don't know how to help you.

Thanks man, I really really wouldn't understand how to fix my phone without your help
Here is what I did and what happened:
1) I installed the following drivers from Flashtool/drivers/Flashtool-drivers.exe
- Sony Ericsson Xperia arc, neo etc. ;
- Flashmode Drivers ;
- Fastboot Drivers ;
2) I chose "MT15_4.1.B.0.431_Global.ftf", the stock ICS kernel from Sony ;
Connected in flashmode (GREEN LED) ;
Windows updated automatically S1Fastboot ;
Flashing failed!
3) Chose "MT15_4.1.B.0.431_Global.ftf" (the same kernel) ;
Connected in flashmode (GREEN LED) ;
Flashing succeeded!
4) Boot up - finaly see the XPERIA logo.
I solved it in 10-15 minutes, the first boot took like 3 minutes. So simple!
The flashmode and fastboot drivers were missing.
I lost my root and I have relocked my bootloader during this but it's not a big deal, I can anytime get them back. Also I had a ROM backup in SD card, made with CWM, so I can get them back.
Hope someone with the same problem will see!
Thanks again Bertellio!
Here is my situation after reinstallation of win 7, i have problems with fastboot mode on my Xperia ray.
Everything is instaled properly (this is not my first installation, also win 7 isnt problem) but in device manager i have s1boot fastboot device.
Flashtool installed, flashtool xperia ray drivers installed, flashtool recognize xperia. When i connect phone in fastboot mode blue light is present.
Tried with pc restarting and couple tricks plus, no sucess.
So what is a problem, this is not my first xperia flashing but maybe i forgot something (since from when I bought the Nexus 7 a few months ago I did not flash Xperia)

Did you install all drivers for all devices/modes from flashtool? And you could install PC Companion or Sony Update Service for the drivers, too
If it's still not working, see my bootloader unlocking guide and install the drivers manually like given there :good:

Hi, can anybody help me. I just flashed my locked bootloader x10i with Feralab kernel- [LB]FeraKernel-v15.1-GB just like it instructed ( at this point it is still fine).Then i flashed the Feralab rom -FeraLab_v30.5_Final through CWM ,After that, i try to reboot it ,but the phone just stuck at the sony ericsson text .
When i want to flash it back to stock with flashtool, it wont detect my phone ,it say error , flashing aborted .When i try to flash it to stock with Flashtool 0,291 , it says ERROR - USB\VID_0FCE&PID_ADDE\5&1E642C5D&0&1 and my computer says USB DEVICE CANT BE RECOGNIZED ,I think this is driver related problem cause when I check through Device Manager , I can see a yellow warning mark beside
SEMC Flash Device(it says "A request for the USB BOS descriptor failed." ) and USB Mass Storage Device .I already reinstall PC companion in my windows 8 computer but the problem still persist.
Can anyone help me with this , I mean i cant even get it into flash mode after doing the pressing back while connecting the USB thing to flash it back to stock.

Really , well I thought you can flash Feralab even on locked bootloader Well I guess I get that part wrong . Do you have any idea how to fix the problem above
Solved!
Well guess what , I finally able to flash my phone. First, I detect the all the driver that related with x10i and uninstall its driver completely. Then, I install the driver by disabling driver signature enforcement in windows 8.After that , the usual flashing to stock.

Maybe ask someone in ***FeraLab*** Official - Break The Limits. threat?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1458001
as even am new around here i would suggest you to make at least 10 post then u can visit the above link and ask for help in that threat.
as you said the boot loader was locked and the flashing failed and you are stuck at sony erricson screen, i think you can use Sony PC Suite and restore it to factory (consult someone else too or search in the forums),
BLU in the Flash Tool is the one you should use first to Unlock bootloader, before that backup the device,
Advance\Trim Area\S1 and Raw Device., i did both the methods and i didnt knew what was the best
This [ROM] AOSP JB 4.2.2 - Unlock Bootloader Only, is the one i used and works perfectly fine on my xperia x10i :victory:

Hi guys, I'm havin' a problems with the s1 boot driver.
U may say "yes u have to select the driver manually when the yellow triangle appears"; but the problem is that when I plug my xperia in fastboot mode (blue led) it doesn't try to install s1 boot driver! It installs another driver (not a useful one I would say) but not the s1 one.
I tryied with another pc but nothing.
Previuosly I've installed the xperia p drivers and the others with flashtool-drivers.exe installer.
Please help me, I just don't understand why pc doesn't star trying to install s1 driver, I wanna kick out that horrible and bugged 4.1.2 to put the 4.4 one, I' m going mad!
And sorry for the english, I'm italian .
Okay guys, seems like my sister wants to use my old Xperia X10 but I think I bricked it (not sure, I'm not too familiar with this stuff). Here's the deal: I had FeraLab installed on my phone (not sure which version but it's probably around v33 or v34). Anyway, I recently got a new Xperia Z1 and I took the SD card from the X10 and put it on my Z1 and I fully wiped the SD card. Now, I think the necessary files for the X10 to work were on the SD card but now those files are gone . I tried turning my Xperia X10 on but it's just stuck on the FeraLab logo and won't go any further. I tried going into recovery mode by pressing the back button constantly but it won't go into recovery mode. Flashtool and Sony PC Companion won't recognize the phone when I connect it with USB to my laptop. What do I do? Please help.
Instal drivers from flash tool . then try use SUS from here .
This is soft bricked so dont worry . You have bootloader unlocked right ? ok anyway you can try flash kernel via cmd (android SDK must be instaled) . If you laptop not reconize your phone you must instal drivers "fastboot" like from sony dev site.
Now i waiting for you reply
