Bricked Incredible 4G- I'm at my wit's end!! - Verizon HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE

Hello, this isn't life or death, as this isn't my daily driver, but I do use this phone at lunchtime when I'm at the gym on Wifi and it's always worked well for me. Here are the issues somewhat chronologically:
1) I was on CM10 and have always had connectivity issues with Exchange Server email, so I decided to update to the latest CM11 in the hope that that issue would be resolved.
2) I decided to go to ROM Manager and update the Clockwork Mod Recovery, because I'd had some issues with the Philz Touch V. 6 that was already on there. This was probably my first mistake.
3) When I rebooted into recovery, inexplicably Philz Touch came back up instead of Clockword Mod.
4) I performed a factory reset and went ahead and attempted to flash the newer CM11 and the Gapps like I usually would. After that it's been nothing but problems.
5) Ever since then, I've only been able to make it to the White HTC Screen- the OS won't load up.
6) I can get back into the bootloader and recovery, but can't seem to flash any other recovery (I've tried through HBOOT and installing a recovery zip (always renaming all the images as PJ35IMG.zip)
7) every time I get some kind of error message in HBOOT: aborted "no image" ; "bad" "status 7" ; "status 0" etc
8) This is further compounded because I can't get ADB to recognize the device (USB won't even recognize the device); which I suspect is due to it not booting to the OS, so I can't use Fastboot/ADB commands
9) I've searched and attempted pretty much every fix I could find- I even ran the RUU img (which I renamed to the zip file above) and that made it a little further in the process and actually made it a little further before it aborted (can't run the normal RUU.exe because USB doesn't recognize my phone) Also tried deleting the assert lines in attempts to deal with the Status 7 error. I've also re-formatted my SD card, to no avail.
10) So in summing up, basically my bootloader won't flash any images (always gives "no image" error); and my recovery won't fully install any zip file (neither alternate recoveries nor ROMs (always aborts) (However Gapps does install successfully)
11) I wasted a full day trying all this yesterday, so before I give up completely, just wanted to see if anyone out there might have a fix that has eluded me. I apologize for being so long-winded- I just wanted to get everything in there to see if it would help. Thanks in advance.

Cannot Flash - no ptn table

Hello all!
I'm having an issue with my SGS2 Skyrocket. I was attempting to flash on a new ROM (Darkside, not important, you'll see why). I did a full wipe, then went to transfer the .zip file over in CWM. I was in a hurry, and didn't think to wait til it had transferred all the way (in Linux, didn't give me a pop up about it, wasn't thinking). So I unplugged it. Now my CWM is gone, in recovery it boots into Odin. In Odin when I attempt to flash anything on, it gives me a 'no ptn table' error on the phone screen, and it just flat fails on the PC. I've tried the unbrick forum guide, to no avail. Any suggestions? (The CWM was the one installed by ROM Manager if that is important, the ROM was Cyanogenmod 9)
Suggestion:
try your own forum.
Oh. Crap. That would explain why it didn't work, and why I now can't boot my phone. Crap.

[Q] TWRP Recovery - Black screen then boots system

I have a slight problem with my phone right now. I got the great idea to try and build a rom just for myself in kitchen based off the Telus 1.15.661.11 base. Everything appeared to work correctly, I got my rom flashed and working fine, haven't had any problems with it besides a FC issue with the HTC Sense input but i just uninstalled it as i use swiftkey anyways.
The problem is I can no longer access TWRP, I can get into the bootloader fine just when i select recovery it shows the TWRP logo then goes to a black screen and then proceeds to boot into the system. I have no idea how to fix it and but here's what I've tried so fair:
-Reflashing the recovery via fastboot
-Flashing a rom via fastboot (Can't be done gives me some remote denied error, i assumed because its still s-on?)
-Reflashing boot.img via fastboot (Figured it was worth a attempt?)
-Trying to reboot into recovery (Same thing happened, went from black screen to boot. Also i should note I could not get the phone to reboot via adb but could via the cwm rom manager (I just used it to reboot nothing else))
-Factory Reset from bootloader (didn't appear to do anything)
The one thing I have not tried is an RUU, however this was because first off i had difficultly locating one (I had the link somewhere but lost it) and second I don't think there is one for Telus (Although i would assume an ATT one would work?). Also ill try to locate the rom that i flashed, and maybe someone would be able to look at it and see what went wrong. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated to try and help restore my recovery.
EDIT: So i ran the ATT RUU and it failed towards the end of the process and I went through the recovery process. Then i re locked and unlocked my bootloader and after that i went to reboot into recovery and it works again. So im not sure what happened but if anyone has some insight it would be nice to know for the future.

CM11 Flash

Hello. I'm kind of new to all of this. I have the android incredible 4g lte which WAS running the CM 10.1 mod but I recently wiped everything for the CM 11 mod. No, I didn't create a backup or restore. Yes, I feel incredibly stupid. Now I can't get the cm11 mod installed. It gives me an error that says "(Status 7)" in TWRP (v2.2.0). I've been doing a bit of reading and am having some trouble understanding what to do here.
Do I need to flash over the ClockworkMod recovery software using SDK tools and then flash over the recovery file from this post?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2552150
Is the recovery needed to install CM11?
Do I need to be using the clockworkmod recovery software? I don't remember the steps that I took to get cm10.1 installed as it was a couple of years ago. I remember the process taking me a couple of hours.
I would very much so appreciate the help. Thanks
EDIT 1: I managed to install Clockwork manager and get rid of twrp and I "installed" the mod. Unfortunately, the mod doesn't load and now the HTC boot screen just hangs indefinitely. My computer is recognizing the device but mounting the sdcard isn't showing anything on my computer which is a pretty big problem as I need that in order to at least go back to the stock RUU. I can get back into the bootloader and recovery but am unsure what to do at this point. I am also having a difficult time ADB pushing anything to the /storage/sdcard1/ directory. I ran as admin and still no luck.
Also, phone is not s-off.
EDIT 2: CWM not mounting sdcard1. Trying newer version of TWRP
EDIT 2a: TWRP 2.7.0.0 gave me access to sdcard1 from PC again.
EDIT 2b: Tried different another CM11 download. Still hangs at HTC bootscreen.
EDIT 2c: SD card no longer is recognized through phone. Am using an SD adapter directly to computer to access and change files... Problem seems to be getting worse, the more I screw with it.
EDIT 2d: Switched to CWM Recovery v6.0.4.6. Install of rom took less than a minute. Am skeptical... And no dice. Could really use some help...
EDIT 3: At this point I tried the avatar rom and it stops at the HTC screen for around 45 seconds then continues on to a black screen with the menu button lit up. Not sure what's going on...
LAST AND FINAL EDIT: I'm a moron... I didn't flash the boot.img to the boot directory. Feel free to make fun of me in the comment boxes below!!!

Interesting Galaxy s4 situation using Heimdall/ODIN for recovery

Hello there,
Well, to preface what has led me into the situation that I am in right now, I had installed SS in the hope of creating a virtual ram disk and installing a custom rom within it. Where I messed up is that, despite me having the virtual rom created, I flashed a ROM zip over the stock android rom and not on the virtual rom slot, thus locking me out of my phone. I had done a standard factory wipe before installing the new rom and (unless I am incorrect) have wiped out the usb debugging functionality I had previously enabled as a result. When starting my phone, I am still able to access the custom recovery that SS has installed (I545 Safestrap 3.75 (TWRP v2.7.10)). However, from there I attempt to boot the phone into system, I get an error notice to the effect of "There is software Verizon doesn't supprot please take this to your nearest Verizon store, etc, etc." With a notice at the top saying kernel failed - and at that point if I attempt to start the phone by pulling out battery and restarting, it negates the option to log into SS/TWRP recovery and leads me to that verizon incompatibility screen all over again.
This is where it get interesting though
(I would use link functionality to post a Heimdall screenshot but I couldn't remember my old xda account info and it prohibits users w/ less than 10 posts from posthing links)
If I attempt to reflash the MDK kernel through Heimdall, despite it saying that it failed in the log, my phone reboots and it once again brings me to the SS splash screen at the ability and I able to get back into the SS/TWRP recovery yet again. Very weird.
I have been primarily following instructions from this site: droidview's "how-to-install-latest-official-firmware-on-samsung-galaxy-s4-all-models" (which you can find easily via those terms in google without me posting link)
I have been using the original .pit file that I have pulled from my own phone from heimdall myself (before I locked myself out of stock rom compeltely) but do have a PIT file copy from the website where I have been referencing before.
I have yet to try to flash a zip file of a 4.4.2 verizon ROM via the SS/TWRP recovery because I don't have any SD card readers in my computer and had previously put the custom firmware I had wished to install on my sd card via mounting my phones SD card through the stock ROM to my pc before I messed up overwriting it. The functionality for SS mounting sd card via the recovery itself seems to be broken so that isn't an option. However, I could borrow a phone from someone else and mount my SD card through their phone and access it from my PC that way.
All attempts of reflashing via ODIN on my windows partition have failed as well. ODIN recognizes my device but, following the instuctions from the instructions I referenced earlier, have resulted in it displaying a "FAIL" message almost immediately.
Thanks for taking the time to read this much and I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Asus eepad transformer rebooting

Hey,
So this is my first foray into this sort of thing. I have some computer background but I haven't really gotten into this sort of stuff.
I have an Asus Eepad Transformer T101. I was requested to load Android 6.0 on it.
I followed this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/eee-...t/rom-t3318496
I had to learn some things my way. User Debugging was on but I couldn't flash recovery. I ended up finally flashing recovery (I forget what step I had to do to use Clockwork Mod Recovery).
Once I was into CWM I had E:\Cannot Mount \sdcard\.
I then found out I had to use a micro SDcard, fine.
I couldn't load anything, and no solutions were working for getting SDcards to work.
I found a thread through google that said to use SD Formatter, to no avail.
Then I found this:
http://www.transformerforums.com/for...-firmware.html
I have the files and. It was a batch file that loaded ADB then I could flash recovery. I attempted to flash recovery and I got to rogue XM recovery 1.5.0 (CWM - based recovery v5.0.2.8)
I used Nandroid Backup (Note, still could not mount SDcards)to do a backup of everything to the internal storage. I then did a wipe of all user data.
I have a folder called Marshmellow with Katkiss-6.0_025.zip, open_gapps-arm-6.0-pico-20160219.zip and BETA-SuperSU-v2.52.zip.
I attempted to install the KatKiss one, and it failed saying:
"Installing Update...
set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed
E:Error in /sdcard/marshmellow/katkiss-6.0_025.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted."
So here's where I'm pretty sure I screwed up.
I loaded the Gapps and SuperSU.
Tried marshmellow again, and no luck.
Now the device boots to the eepad transformer screen, lasts a few seconds (usually no more than 10) and then reboots.
I've tried
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1688012
and
http://justanotherdave.ca/?p=351
The latter simply doesn't work. And I don't think I can get into ABX mode for the former.
Are there any resources on how to "unbrick" the device that may still work. Right now it just keeps rebooting at the nvidia eepad screen. I can get into recovery still.
