Is there some mark that can tell me what version my xiaomi redmi 3 is ? On box it was 3s, but on gsmarena I saw 3s has 2gb ram and mine is 3gb. Phone came with Android 6.0.1 MMB29M and MIUI Global 7.8.21.8 (MALCNDE) Octa-core 1.4.
So is there any custom rom for my version or do I need any else information to detect my version of phone? Thank you

I have fingerprint too but look at this http://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_redmi_3s-8150.php So this information isn't good ?

3s has 2/16 or 3/32 (and international version), you must search better next time and don't check only one "source"
You have the box, you have android 6 , you can see your phone at settings /about etc and you are still confused???

There is the reason. They have suspended this week for stability problems. Do you prefer risk unstable rom?

Its now been released, check back on the xiaomi eu forum/thread.
If you flash a custom firmware will that make the MI verification tool respond that your phone is a fake? I've attached the response from the mi verification tool/web site and want to know if it's because I flashed Resurrection Remix. My phone arrived from Gearbest with an unlocked bootloader.
I get different results. Some say screen resolution is wrong which could be the custom rom. The other result says components maybe wrong. I have no idea.
Okay just read that the tool might not work with Redmi phones. Is that true? It had worked with my Redmi Note 2.

I have looked at the differences Curtana/Joyeuse and I could only find the Cams Main (48/64) and Selfie (16/32), Fast charging 18/33W - not sure if NFC is in Curtana.
Because of those AFAIK small differences are there different ROM versions necessary?
I hope joyeuse will also get good ROM support eventually.
